Can honestly say i received a first class service Lesley was friendly efficient and sorted out my problem. first bike arrived within 48 hours but was damaged lesley quickly dispatched a new bike and contacted the courier company to find out when it would be delivered.Thank you

Bought Kingston Sloane Mens Hybrid bike when drunk! However delivered within schedule and as described. No complaints with company. Bike a little too cheap however, Should have spent a bit more and when sober!

The bike is a lovely colour, quite difficult finding a bike for myself as I am 6ft 3", but this company managed it.
Price was reasonable, and quick delivery.

Ordered Ladies Indigo 21-speed bicycle about lunchtime on Friday and was prepared to wait until the following week for delivery. How wrong can I be, low and behold Saturday just after lunch there it was. And I didn't pay for next day delivery either! About half an hour later bike was assembled and she was test riding it around the road. Bike is well worth every penny. Outstanding service.

I ordered a Kingston Hampton bike - delivery was within the given time and the bike is beautiful. The bike was well packaged and in great condition a part from a scratch on the rear mudguard. I rang the company and they sent a replacement mudguard out the same day. I have been looking for a good, reasonably priced bike for several months now and this is the best and cheapest I have seen! Very good customer service, I would highly reccommend this company!!

I ordered my bicycle on Friday evening and it was delivered on Monday and that was to the Scottish Highlands.

ordered a kingston ladies bike, they sent the wrong colour but it was far nicer than the one we ordered anyway, quality of bike is superb, if your thinking of getting a pendleton from halfords as we were, dont bother, get this its easily as good and 100 quid cheaper.
