DESPITE A NUMBER OF CHASEUP EMAILS THE SCOOTER WAS NEVER DELIVERED

when I sent a question vis web-site got quick & useful advise, bikes arrived promptly, easy to put together and are as described on website; after I ordered my second bike I was sent an email offering discount so I asked for it to be retrospectively applied and it was no hassle. highly recommend

Was directed to website while searching on Top Cashback. The bike search engine was easy to use. BikesDirect365 offered full suspension mountain bikes on sale and I purchased the Paragon Zenith 26".
Delivery time was FAST and very impressive. I ordered the bike with FREE DELIVERY before 12pm on a Friday and received my order before 12pm the next day (Less than 24hrs). Build instructions were clear and concise and I was able to fully assemble with the few tools provided.
I have been using the bike for about a week and it has been good so far. Bike has a little weight to it but hey, it wasn't carbon fibre I was buying lol. Gear change over is smooth and almost instant. Brakes are strong and work well. The suspension feels comfortable though I will probable shop for a large saddle as I intend to use it more for long leisurely rides.
At this point, my outlook of BikesDirect365 is very good. I feel this is a great company that has a nice website, offers great customer service and delivery, quality products and great work ethic.

We only have 1 small issue with Bikesdirect365.

The bike arrived in excellent condition, a day earlier than expected, 0 parts missing and with the appropriate packaging - the instructions were not top notch but that's not Bikesdirect's fault.

Our only peeve - which we don't know if it was due to Bikesdirect or not - was that the Allen keyes were not according to specs. They got very easily scratched, and making screwing the bolts a bit of a pain (in particular the one that holds the saddle in the preffered height). 6 quid later, all sorted in seconds with new Allen keys.

TL;DR: We would definitely buy again.

I saw a good deal, paid for it using Paypal which was dead easy, and the item arrived a few short days later nicely boxed and packaged.

We bought a Diamondback Groove from Bikesdirect365 for the best price on the internet. The salesman was very helpful and able to answer all my questions and the delivery was only to days later. This is without a doubt the only place I will be buying bikes and parts from in the future. Great stuff!

My wife had always wanted a sit up and beg shopper bike, so I looked around the web and found Bikes Direct 365 had the best choice at a good price.
Ordering online was straight forward, with good email communication telling me about the order status and shipping.
The bike arrived very promptly, well packaged and in excellent condition; however the assembly wasn't anywhere near as straight forward as I had expected (I have several bikes and do my own maintenance so have some mechanical knowledge), as the instruction were so vague to the point of being useless. Also the assembly tool provided wasn't sufficient to complete the work - good job I already had other bike tools!
That said once assembled and adjusted the bike is super and my wife is really pleased.

CharlotteI ordered was cheaper here and they were very quick to answer any questions that I emailed to them. The bike arrived on schedule and is fantastic. Would highly recommend.

The service I received was excellent, easy to use website, good communication and correspondence, fast delivery by courier and the bike was even better than I'd expected. The free postage on the bike was an added bonus!

would recommend to a friend. Bought a rear wheel without gear set. As mass produced, it is normal that Bearing adjustment required. 2 spanners,2 minutes -easy.

All in all a great experience, was easy to find what I was looking for and purchase, the items were dispatched and arrived very quickly.

Packaging could've been slightly better as the box arrived with a tear in the side and the bolt of the wheel poking out the side.

Bikes arrived super fast and guy on the phone was super helpful. My grip is that the bikes needed servicing after they had been put together for the 1st time which was £30 per bike so this added another £60 in total (as bought 2 bikes) which doesnt make them as cheap as we had hoped

As for quality of bike build and quality of customer care and keeping us informed after the bikes we ordered 5 stars all the way x

The bike was well-packaged, but the front wheel is slightly flawed - it has a bit of a wobble. Not enough to justify sending it back, but a bit disappointing.
Good value for money.

The bike arrived very quickly, but then had trouble assembling it because there were no instructions. The bike looks just like the photo which is great, but it squeaks every time the wheel goes round which is very annoying!

I searched the Internet for my perfect bike, I had a long list of wants, the style, the colour, the accessories and the price and I found exactly what I was looking for on bikesdirect365.com. I placed my order and waited excitedly for the delivery, which was very prompt, but then it all went wrong. I unpacked my bike very carefully laid all the pieces out and looked for the instuctions......I did find a general information leaflet but NO instuctions. I logged onto the bikesdirect365 website where there are bike assembly instuctions but they are not specific to any bike. I am aware that it suggest you have 'trained competent cycle machanic' build my bike but I was trying to avoid the excessive costs involved which is why I bought a bike on the Internet in the first place! I did try phoning the phone no. on the contact page but to no avail. I have just about got it all together now but only after a very frustrating afternoon, sadly it has taken the edge off the excitement of my lovely new bike.

Fast delivery and it was easy to put together. I'll definately buy from Bikesdirect again when another family member needs a new bike.
