I ordered a RAD bmx for my sons birthday, the bike came within 2 days of ordering and looked better than the pictures showed. He loves it and it makes me the coolest dad in the world! Great service and tracking emails, will recommend to my friends. Hopefully have the next Bradley Wiggins on my hands.

My Bike was delivered 2 days after ordering easy to assemble as most of it had done, the bike is great, looks a million dollars and exceptional value for money, i am so pleased i ordered off of this firm, would highly recommend.

I purchased a folding bike (Kingston) and am very happy with my purchase. Bike was as described and rides very comfortably. Feels very light and easy to move on and off tube (i am 5ft1 and 8st9). Arrived on time (earlier in fact) and almost fully assembled, i only had to attach the pedals, adjust seat etc. My only complaint is that i was sent the wrong size allen key so i could not adjust the brake levers; these are set at an awkward angle when the bike first arrives and as i had my bike delivered to work, i then had to ride the 6 miles home with my wrist at an awkward angle and my seat sliding down (the seat lever also needs tightening)! Quite annoying, however even with them issues, i could still tell the bike is comfortable to ride, which is the main thing. Very easy to fold too.

i recently purchased a hybrid cycle from bikesdirect365,the delivery was brilliant,bike arrived within 2 days but i am having problems with the front cog gear selections and the rear derailleur,it could be due to damage in transit ,

I recently purchased a ladies cycle for my daughters birthday, delivery was very promt, on putting it together i had a little trouble with the handlebar assembly which seemed a tad tight when adjusting height, i contacted bikesdirect because it left visible marks, bikesdirect were extremly apologetic and without hesitation sent a new part which arrived nextday. Excellent service, highly recommended. One very happy daughter.

I have no complaints to make after buying from this supplier. The mountain bike I bought was great value, and arrived in perfect condition with little time required to assemble it. Whats more, it was delivered only 2 days after purchase at 11pm at night! Very satisfactory all round - would recommend to anyone.

I chose Bikesdirect365 as the price was the best on the net and they accepted Paypal making the checkout process much easier if you have never used them before. The bike arrived within a couple of days and as I have said above was very well protected. I would recommend to anyone.

I have recently bought a bike trailer which was delivered promptly and well packaged.
I had a query re an additional accessory which was also dealt with curtiously, promptly and I found the staff could not be more helpful.

Maybe it's my negative attitude but I've come to expect there will be issues when I buy from internet suppliers.
Not so with Bikesdirect365. The bike arrived the day after placing the order. We've not had the bike long so feel unable to comment on it's durability but so far everything is as expected---except the extremely prompt delivery which took us by suprise!!! and it is certainly doing the job we bought it for short infrequent 3 mile round trips. Can't complain at all and would recommend people to give them a chance.
