This is the third bike purchased and once again first class experience from initially phone call to completed quick delivery.
All bikes as promised and good value for money.

i came across directbikes365.com when looking for a hybrid and this was the first site to pop up on google
i used the 'which bike is for me'service and the hybrid was perfect
i rang to check i was ordering the correct size for my height and they were most helpful
i would advise anyone purchasing a new bike to use these
they are very reasonable on prices too

Ordering was simple and easy on line, seemed to have good stock and prices were good having compared them with lots of others on the web and in store. Placed the order then realised that I wasn't going to be able to take delivery for a few days so called them. Spoke to a really friendly, helpful chap who promised to hold the delivery up and then actually did hold it up, so used to things not happening when you ask for it!! :) Bike arrived today, as promised, and all is very well indeed. I would definately recommend bikesdirect365 and would use them again.

Very pleased with the speed of delivery and standard of finish to my Indigo Verso Hybrid Bike.

Unfortunately even though I specifically asked for full written installation instructions for the upgrades that I also purchased at that time they were, in some respects, sadly inadequate.
Not being in the fulness of youth I rely upon well thought out and logical installation guidelines to assist my understanding during installing, that's the thing with age but few of you seem to think it worthwhile to accommodate people of age which is a pity because it make getting older much more of a problem.

The main source of my complaint is the lack of any illustrative assistance offered by the AVENIR rear luggage rack that I purchased on what I thought was your recommendation and in particular the lack of any coherent installation guidelines. In addition I discovered that one of the bolts needed to secure the pannier to the rear bike frame was missing as well as no bolts were provided for fixing to the bike itself. I can't tell you more than that because there is no packing list with the package so I am guessing that it is a series of M5 sized bolts missing but if perhaps there are no bolts supplied for fixing to the bike, which would be most frustrating as I would then have to go to a shop that sold such things.
With regard to the mudguards I bought from you there is a bolt missing to enable the bottom of the rear guard to be fixed to the bottom bracket stay of the frame.
Sorry to be so negative at this time but you can hopefully take account of my comments and respond.

First class service.Ordering was very simple.My bike arrived 4 days later over a bank holiday weekend.. Assembling it which was a little difficult for me to do,so i had to get my husband to do it..I was must impressed with the quality of the bike..I have since had great fun riding her..Would definatly recommend the Bike and Bikesdirect365 to anyone.

I bought this bike from this company and it arrived within 2 days ,very impressive, everything seems ok so far but due to this horrid weather we are having I have not been able to try it out yet but I dont expect any problems. The bike is quite light and fits in a large shopping bag that I purchased from a home direct shop ideal for storing and transporting.

Bike arrived on time and was nicely packed. The small parts bag unfortunately broke but I was able to find all the parts rummaging through the package.

Bike just as described and expected. Good value for money, and arrived Scottish Highlands 2 days after order.

I took my bike round to a bike clinic at work as they were offering a free check over. When i collected the bike from them they said it was OK now but that they had found that most of the spokes in the rear wheel were loose and the wheel was in imminent danger of collapse.

I was very happy with the delivery time, although I wasn't able to coordinate the delivery day with the shop (of course it arrived on a different day as expected). Similarly to a review I have just read, the bicycle seems good value for its price, but I haven't been able to try it yet because it takes a fair amount of mechanical knowledge and tools to assemble it. Once I get there, things look promising. But all in all, Bikesdirect365 seem competitive and very well stocked. I will definitely purchase again and recommend them.

Bought this bike for my wife. The bike needed a fair bit of assembly and the instructions were obviously universal rather than specific to this bike so a little bit of mechanical knowledge required.

Once assembled it was fine with a good quality for the price feel to it and the wife loves it,
