On Monday evening I asked my wife if she would like a new bicycle, we chose the one she wanted on Bikesdirect365's web site and ordered it at about 9.30pm. On wednesday morning at about 9.30am there was a knock at the door and there was our new bike. Great service! :)
But there was a problem, the packaging was opened and the bike hanging out of the box, so I sent it straight back, Huge disappiontment.:(
I phoned bikesdirect365 there and then and spoke to a guy called Paul and explained what had occured, he was great, he told me that I had done the right thing, apologised profusely and promised to send out a new bike, well I thought thats next weeek at the earliest then. But I was wrong the very next morning there was a new bike on my door step. :)

I ordered two bikes from bikesdirect365 after doing some research and finding them to be the cheapest online for the make and model I was after.
I placed my order online at around 11.00hrs on Thursday and the bikes arrived on my doorstep at 12.00hrs the following day. They were well packaged and exactly what I'd ordered.

I ordered a mizani summit ht for xmas and for the price what a bike....it has ez quickfire gears chuncky ofroad tyres alloy brake levers slick seat but only basic suspensoin wich is fair enough i am upgrading the suspensoin but other than that the bike is a complete bargain and will buy a mizani bike in the future never been happier about a bike like this before its very lightweight and i am extremly ipressed i take it to cannock chase and it copes just fine on follow the dog so not bad i havent had anything break on the bike apart from the pads are starting to wear down due to heavy braking but other than that it is amazing cant wait to see the future bikes mizani createsand will happily buy from theese guys in the future.

I recently bought a bike and a pair of gloves from this company. The bike arrived very promptly, and was an excellent product - very good value and build quality, although it was not a brand I had ever come across before (Indigo). Unfortunately the gloves which were sent separately via Royal Mail never arrived. I contacted the company and found them extremely helpful, with a quick response and a replacement pair of gloves sent out recorded delivery.

I would not hesitate to use this company again or recommend them to a friend. They are so helpfull in everyway. They have their customer service down to a T and really know how to look after their customers. I sent them an email and with in an hour I had a reply-where normally with companies you get a reply once the item has arrived and it doesn't matter anymore. The bike arrived the next day in perfect condition, wll packed and easy to put together.

I purchased a Mizani Sunset ht 26" ladies bike in the gun metal and pink.
The delivery was great and arrived promptly...when I asked the company a few questions via to email prior to purchasing they responded within hours and were helpful. Now on to the bike......
I wanted a bike for my wife that was as light weight as possible to make it a little easier when she rides off road with me and as high spec for a budget of £100.
She's a beginner and had a steel frame full suss prior to this which she hardly shifted so we needed something light weight.
Ill start with the good points:
The bike is super light weight possibly matching my Giant Talon 2 which is at least 4-5 x the price of this bike, its comfortable and has excellent components for £100.
The v brakes are sharp and the bike has extra wide handles for stability. I could not find a bike of this spec even second hand for less than £150.
The bad:
The bike is meant to be 90% built when it arrives...I kitted the bike up according to instruction which is simple, however on the first test up and down my road the derailleur was catching the spokes of the back wheel which could do some serious damage if not sorted (this should already be set up)
The tools provided didn't fit the bike so I had to use my own on basic set up.
The gears wouldn't shift up or down correctly and it couldn't be tuned at all so I decided to take it to my local bike shop, they had the bike for 2 hours and had to completely re-fit/set the gears and they told me the back wheel was not fitted correctly.
They charged me to do this but for my wife's safety I am glad I did it but this isn't good and certainly not 90% complete on arrival.

We are going on a ride tomorrow to take it out to see how it goes on a canal so im hoping it will be just what she needs for the future.
In conclusion for the money you wont get better than the spec on this bike....but I recommend that you get it checked out for safety purposes prior to riding.
I have given the bike 4 stars simply because for the money the spec is great for a basic rider however as I had to pay more to make the bike safe and ride-able...ive knocked a star off.

The bike I bought from Bikesdirect 365 was despatched quickly, excellently packaged so there was no damage to the bike and is a good quality bike for my 10 year old at a great price. Only slight problem was there was no assembly instructions - although there were detailed instructions for adjusting gears etc.

Would recommend this company without hesitation. Ordered bike on Sunday afternoon arrived Tuesday, well packed and good instructions. For the price this bike is well made. Yet to give it a good long run but don't expect any problems.

Delivery: excellent; arrived very quickly after ordering.
Assembly: not so good. The instructions were very unclear and certainly anyone who hasn't worked on a bike before would have a hard time working them out. Also the tools supplied were inadeqaute. Not providing a screwdriver is perhaps excusable as most people probably have one, but not suppling an allen key the correct size for the brakes, is not. Many people will not have one and given the importance of the parts which require a small allen key to adjust this is a major oversight. Also the metal of some of the bolts is very soft; it's very easy to ruin the head.
Riding: Good, once you get the gears sorted it's a smooth ride. Front brake is a bit juddery though.

Bikesdirect365 are a great company - very helpful at every stage, including assembly. There was just a hiccup with the delivery when I waited at home all day for Yodel to arrive, but apparently they didn't think to ring the doorbell and check if anyone was in, so the delivery was delayed by about 5 days until I could be at home during the day again.

Fab service from the off.. Ordered two bikes, arrived in perfect condition.. Service, Advise and pricing are all great, I'd use them again in an instant!! Two very happy children and a bank account to match..
