Excellent buying experience!

Jez and Giles were professional and friendly throughout. Nothing was too much trouble. They kept us up to date by email at all times and were great on the phone too...even when I lost my patience! The new home box was an especially nice treat and a lovely way to end a journey. Thank you to the team.

The main agent we dealt with was good, however not overjoyed with some of the others. They are dealing with people's lives, they should remember how stressful it is for people buying houses, dealing with surveyor's reports, stroppy buyers etc. and tailor their manner accordingly. Sniggering about potentially devastating information is not a good look.

From the outset Jamie was very positive about a bungalow that another estate agent had seen little value in. He could see the potential which he shared in a professional, warm and friendly way. I liked his willingness to use more modern methods - videos, social media - and to seek a wider market than we might have expected. He was honest in explaining that we would soon know whether we were asking the right price. He promised his team would be working hard - and they were. I felt absolute trust in them and their ability to sell - partly because they didn't provide a flowery sales pitch for the house. They sold the bungalow in record time (2 months from start to finish) and for a price that suited everyone. I was selling from a distance, but could leave everything to them knowing they would keep me informed of every stage. Can't thank them enough!

Our sale took a while but that was probably due to the time of year that we put the property on the market. Having said that team were fantastic at trying different strategies to get more interest in the property. We had regular contact to keep us up to date and we had full control over the sale.
Once the offer was accepted the support, guidance and clear will to go the extra mile was amazing. During the final weeks in the run up to completion anything that we considered they could help us with chasing up they did.
