Had some dealings with the Dudley branch of the company fairly recently when trying to buy a property. They didn't phone back when they said they would. Messages were left but no call back. When phoning to make enquiries no communication within the office. I certainly wouldn't sell my house with them.

Really proactive and helpful throughout the process. Swift transaction even with a number of parties in the chain. Giles and Jez really pushed it all through and were on the end of the phone whenever they were needed.

Victoria at the Brierley Hill branch is a gem she kept me informed all the way through the stress and the relief when I actually got the keys, she deserves all the recognition she gets .

Billingham & co have managed the rental of my property for last 9 years, and during this time have handled all of the many complications, tenants and financing around letting. I trust their guidance and have always been very professional with me and the tenants under lease.
Should I ever need a management company for future tenancy management, I will be happy to employ them again.

This company is amazing! Victoria is priceless and went over and beyond her role as a estate agent through a very hard sale caused by the buyer, she listened to me cry and did EVERYTHING she could to make the problem better. She would chase solicitors when they wasn't getting back to us and sympathise with the situation we was in ....... outstanding member of staff worth her weight in gold!
