We dealt with Giles at Billingham & Co and were impressed with the service we received. Giles has a good knowledge about the local area and had done his homework about the prices that houses in the local area had sold for recently prior to his initial visit. Giles has a lovely manner and we were confident that his mild and professional ways would sell our house.
Throughout the process we received feedback and towards the end of the process this increased further. The communication after the sale with the solicitors was good and the deal proceeded smoothly. When our sale fell through early in the process Giles was quick to respond and resell it.
We would recommend Billingham & Co to others to sell their home.

Billingham & Co were very helpful regarding the sale of my property. They gave a very good and realistic market valuation which no doubt helped to sell it within days of going on the market. They took very pictures of the property, inside and out which also made selling it a lot easier. The sales man who handled our matters was Giles Harvey, a great guy with lots of enthusiasm and knowledge of the local area.
I would recommend him and Billingham & Co if you are selling or purchasing a property, Giles is a great contact and is supported very well by his colleagues at the Stourbridge branch.

As our first point of contact in purchasing the property, Kelly at the Dudley branch was really helpful and knowledgeable about procedures right from the initial contact to signify interest in the property and to handing over of keys at completion.

As a novice to selling property, I liked the fact that it was an agreed overall figure at the start of the process rather than being a percentage of this and a percentage of that and depending on if this done. I knew where I stood from the beginning. The initial viewing ran smoothly and the photographs taken represented the property well, with a good sale price being given.
