Our whole moving experience has been brilliant and it’s all be thanks to Alice. Alice took time to really understand what it was we were looking for and was proactive in finding options for us. She was professional, helpful and a great communicator throughout. She really put us at ease throughout the whole process. I would absolutely recommend her to everyone and will be working with her again in future.

Emily Bock was our agent and she was amazing! We had such an effective and personal experience which meant we could communicate with Emily whenever we needed (within reason) and not just during opening times of an estate agency. Emily was honest, professional and kept our sale and purchase moving, making sure it all worked out smoothly to the end. It also really helped having Emily on hand to do viewings of our house while we were at work and our house sold in just 3 weeks! Thank you Emily for your support and your professionalism.

I had a really good experience with Billingham Martin Estate Agents. Darren and Jack were both straightforward and easy to deal with throughout. They were friendly, open in their communication, and kept things clear at each stage without overcomplicating anything.

What I appreciated most was their persistence in keeping the sale moving. They stayed on top of things, followed up when needed, and helped keep everything progressing when it could have easily slowed down.

Just completed on a property sale through Jeremy Rhead at Billingham & Co. Having brought & sold before, I knew what I didn't want from an agent!
On meeting Jez, I knew he was the right person to sell the probate property and he didn't disappoint.
The house was marketed quickly and effectively. The speed in which the property went live was truly outstanding.
He carried out the viewing, maintained excellent communication throughout the process, this made finding the right buyer stress free.
When any issues arose, Jez's years of experience, vast knowledge and
' can do approach' ensured that a potential problem didn't become an issue.
Jez kept constant communications with all solicitors and buyers throughout the entire process, so that everything moved along smoothly and timely.
Being that Jez is self employed meant I received an ' out of hours' service.

Alice was absolutely amazing from day one, she couldn't have been more helpful and made multiple home visits to my dad who is disabled. Even when she unfortunately was given horrible abuse from the other party in our sale she was calm and professional. I definitely recommend Alice and Billinghams.
