Just bought my new home with Billingham & Co, Natalie was really helpful, friendly and kept me up to date with every stage of the move.

Giles was fantastic, Excellent service throughout. Really helpful and polite. Nothing too much trouble. A real credit to the company.

I used the Dudley office for sale of my previously tenanted property and was impressed by Jamie Taylor Branch Manager, who did the valuation, excellent photos, and well worded sales particulars and also Natalie Fellows,Senior Sales Consultant who dealt with the rest of the sales process. They both acted in a very professional and competent manner throughout. I would happily recommend Billinghams to family and friends.

After the year of 2020, I think we can all agree that any thing we did was going to be difficult, especially selling a house. This is where Billingham & Co excelled themselves. Their approach to safe guarding myself during the process of selling my house has been spot on. As for the service they have provided, this has been 100%.
I had the pleasure of dealing with Senior Sales Consultant Kelly Davis, who has kept me informed, and up to date with the whole house selling process from start to finish. Whenever there were any queries, she was alway at the end of the phone to help answer them ( unlike my solicitor...). I would highly recommend Billingham & Co’s service to anyone selling their house.

Billingham and Co were absolutely fantastic dealing with both our sale and purchase. We can't thank Kelly enough for her patience, dedication and professionalism throughout the whole process. Our move was very stressful and lasted quite a few weeks but nothing was too much for Kelly and her team. Billingham & Co have looked after my property for the last five years after I received poor service from my previous agent. The comparison inn service has been marked.
When I decided to sell the property, living some distance away they made the process simple and gave me confidence that a good sale would be achieved.
If you take lockdown out of the process a quick sale was achieved for a price above what I thought I would realistically achiever. Since the sale was agreed the ongoing communication has been welcome and completion was achieved in good time,
Thoroughly recommended.

Poor service. Failed to send through application forms after a viewing, had numerous reminders and phone calls but still nothing forthcoming, poor and far fetched excuses were given!

In total, 4 phone calls post viewings were made, 2 email addresses given and no communication received. There must be an issue with the CRM as both emails from Richard have just come through with no issue. Shame it's too late.

From start to finish Giles has been fantastic!
We had an incredibly difficult sale due to Covid, a resale and a cancelled mortgage - but he has been by our side every step of the way! It’s been such a long process, but he’s provided advice and guidance throughout and we couldn’t have wished for a better service. Thank you Giles, you really are a credit to Billingham&Co!!

What a fabulous service we received from Jez. Friendly and competent, nothing is too much trouble! From the moment we put an offer in to completion Jez was on the ball and got things done. If you have any queries you can text Jez and within a few minutes he has responded, reassured and acted!
I would not hesitate to recommend Billinghams to anyone and cant thank Jez enough for all his help and support.

Brilliant service. Accompanied viewings, very professional, would definitely use them again. Previous company just don't compare.

Very unprofessional. Received a courtesy call back on the house I had booked a viewing on, agent seemed pleasant enough.
They pointed out there was mining in the area so that was why it was cash buyers only.
We thought that was the reason and said we still wanted to see it.
Silence.
"Hello?"
"But you would have to be a cash buyer"
"Yes?"
"But can you proceed?"
"Yes."
More silence.
This continued till I told them to just leave it. Very condescending and unprofessional, do you really think it's a good idea to presume how much money potential clients have? It's no wonder you haven't sold the house since you won't let people make a viewing. Will never use in the future.
