Natalie was very helpful from start to finish and billingham in general are great, they also have people who will set up all your bills for you! Which helped me a lot as I work a lot and also have university I struggle to find the time and they took care of it all.

Have just recently rented a property through this company. Natalie was dealing with our application, made it very simple and stress free from applying for the property to picking up the keys!

I have just brought my first house through this estate agent. I had Jez as my estate agent. The whole process was easy, with no complications and I had the keys within 12 weeks. Jez was friendly and approachable, with an excellent knowledge of the area that I was moving to. I would recommend this estate agent to anyone.

Kelly was fantastic co-ordinating between buyer and seller and I knew where everything was upto before I even realised I needed to know. Despite the lockdown restrictions Billinghams and Jez were excellent throughout taking care to keep me and the buyer informed at all stages. The all in fee was very competitive and absolutely no hidden extras. Viewings were conducted by Jez taking the stress out of selling my mothers house so soon after her death. I did not have to chase them about anything. The board was put up quickly and taken down the morning of completion. I am delighted with the 5 star service and would highly recommend this company.
