I ordered decorations for my sons birthday and the wrong items were delivered. I emailed the company to return the incorrect items in exchange for the items I ordered and they never responded.

Instead of putting the birthday plates in my order I got birthday cups. I tried calling the company and the phone member was not correct. So I emailed customer service and never got a reply. Very disappointing.

i wasn’t expecting to find such low prices online for these types of decorations, they’re impossible to come by in stores near me and now my baby will have the first birthday I’ve known he’d have for months now! Also, VERY FAST shipping process. I was seriously impressed

I ordered boot party cups and the arrived as promised. The experience was pleasant with no issues. I would recommend them for any party needs.

I ordered and paid for 5pkgs of the christmas flamingo plates and only received 2… i tried calling several times and it just kept ringing then hung up… i also emailed and received no response… i will never order from this company again

You did not send me out my full order which I PAID FOR ! I have sent multiple request for someone to contact me with of course NO response back what so ever. The very least you could have done was refund my money back for the things you did not send to me. Your company also didnt do that either. This was my first time ordering with this company and MY LAST! Horrible, horrible, horrible !

They did not include all of my items but charged me for everything. Unable to call them and haven’t heard back from an email sent yet.

Order arrived on time. The prices were so great, I was suspicious! But I saved $90 over what the same products I got for $40 instead of $130 for just paper goods and ballons.
It was all genuine Daniel tiger items for my grandson's 2nd birthday.
The only thing I would suggest is that products be put in a few bags, especially the ballons that had no pkging. Adding some packing material to fill up the box or use a smaller box bc box got crushed and items are too loose in box. Luckily nothing got lost or damaged. Hopefully the ballons are good when filled. They look ok.

I was sent pink confetti balloons instead of silver confetti balloons. I ordered a cake topper Mylar balloon with # 1 and #0 and I only received the 1. I should have checked all of this before now but I didn’t and now it’s too late to fix it because the part is in less than a 12 hours.

I liked the Thanksgiving themed take home containers for leftovers. They looked very nice and festive. The quality seemed to be good and the shipping time was great! I gave it only 4 stars just because I felt they were a little pricey.

Refused to respond to multiple emails in an attempt to alter my order. Phone number disconnected and no way to reach someone.

I received my order 11/22 and I am very disappointed in what I have received I did receive the five Starburst balloon weight centerpieces and neon candy pink but I did not receive the five Starburst balloon weight centerpieces and bright neon turquoise however you did send me something called a buffet decorating kit for a first birthday party I got five of those what am I supposed to do with these I'm very disappointed and I would like my items sent to me immediately I need those centerpieces by December 1st

There were some negative reviews but we have no complaints! Everything arrived in timely fashion and great quality! We did a Monster Jam birthday theme and honestly it’s hard to find decorations for but Birthday Express had everything and for great prices! I even got a promo code to take 20% off which covered typically shipping fee.

My order arrived, but was incomplete- it was missing item number PY167646

Shipped late and only after I contacted them concerned because a week had passed without a shipping notice and it was getting close to the date needed. Only received one item out of my order despite being emailed a shipping invoice showing all had been shipped and being charged for all. No response to multiple emails trying to contact them. The one item I received was missing a piece. Super clear this company does not care about making things right which is sad considering they sell items for kids parties. My 6 year old was so disappointed we weren't able to give her friends the favors she had picked out.
