I was missing two items. I emailed twice and no one has responded or replaced the missing items. They were the most important part of the order; as they were the invitations.

I only received 2 out of the 12 packs of Pop Rocks that I ordered. My email request to get these replaced has been ignored.

I loved the fast shipping and when I received the items i was in love with them everything supercool cant wait to decorate for my sons 3rd birthday its monter jam theme

My order was delivered in less than 4 days and everything I received was very good quality. Will definitely be ordering again for all my party needs.

Fantastic! Great prices! Then I was giving a welcome coupon and I loaded up my cart with more! Shipping was as advertised and expected. I was missing one item from my shipment but, it wasn’t a deal breaker. It was a less than a dollar item. And I would certainly order from here again.

I ordered 16 packages of 7" plates. I did not receive them. I was charged for them, but they were not in the items I received. I sent multiple emails and tried to call the number on the purchase order, which never would go through. I have tried to contact this company for almost a week now with no response. Do not do business with this company!! This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced! You can not make contact with them if something goes wrong. I was charged, with out receiving the items.

Had missing items and received an item I did not order. Never had any issues before this. Tried to send a message to customer service but have yet to hear back
Also they were out of stock of many items I would have loved to purchase
Usually I love ordering from here as they have many different choices and the deals are pretty good

I had read some pretty bad reviews right after I placed my order and panicked cause I hadn’t received an order confirmation. But shortly after emailing they sent one and a shipping notification a few days later! The only reason I took a star off is because of the lack of initial communication email and that they sent 8 sets of dinner plates instead of the 4 dinner and 4 dessert that I ordered.

The products arrived quickly but one of the binoculars both lenses were cracked.

The product arrived two days late, after the birthday celebration.

Every thing came right on time and just as promised. The birthday party was a huge success for my 5 year old because of the awesome birthday accessories ordered from Birthday Express. Look forward to ordering again soon for our next party in a few months. Thank you!

I have emailed SEVERAL times about missing items that I paid for and NOBODY even responds !!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Oh, and the phone number doesn't even work !!!

One of my packages was marked as undeliverable, not sure why. I know I entered my shipping address correctly because I received 1 out of 2 packages. Disappointed, I’ve contacted customer service about this
