Lovely little boutique

A lovely shopping experience…
I was in Biscuit Clothing on Hyndland Road recently. What a lovely shop, full of beautiful clothes. It was a pleasure to shop there - so light and airy, and very well merchandised. The assistant was incredibly helpful too and went out of her way to find the sizes I needed. I will definitely be back!

Slowest refund processing
Slowest refund processing I've ever experienced plus they didn't fully refund. A postage cost was deducted which I can't explain but lesson learned.

Thank you for your review - as per our policy which is stated online as well as on the packing slip received within your order, all returns once received are processed within 5-10 working days. I can see from your order that we received your return on 20th Feb and the refund was processed 28th Feb. As such, your refund was processed in line with this policy which was restated in our emails to you dated February 20th and 28th respectively.
Regarding your claim that you didn't receive a full refund - you were refunded fully for the goods you returned minus the cost of posting the goods to you. As a small business we cannot cover the cost of postage to our customers, as clearly stated online.
I hope that this clears up any confusion,
