Bishops beds have given an excellent service with super quick delivery.
My only comment is that I could not have the goods delivered in Germany where they are required. Good that I have friends and family in the uk

Poor service
Ordered a product and received an email that my order was 'complete'. I then get an email from parcel force with an estimated delivery date. That day comes and no delivery. Parcel force tell me they haven't received the item from you. I had to contact you only to be told the product was out of stock when I ordered it, despite there being no indication of this when I ordered and you sent me an email saying my order was complete. Something clearly went wrong here , not great service and I had to chase rather than you identify the issue and contact me. Now have to wait a further 2 weeks.

Absolutely fantastic service ordered the sofa bed mechanism fitted my sofa bed perfectly. Spoke to a lovely helpful man called Lawrence before hand who advised me how to fit it over the phone

Friendship Mill bedframe
I ordered a Friendship Mill bedframe for my granddaughter and it arrived less than a week later. The price was really good, phone calls were helpful and the service was efficient. I ended up choosing Bishops Beds in Sunderland over a local firm.

Utter waste of time with terrible customer service!
Placed my order via this company to be delivered to my shipping address but instead they got sent to my billing address.
Spoke to Lawrence who managed to get a redelivery arranged which I waited 4 days for to find out they'd been redelivered back to bishops beds.
They've actioned a refund which I now have to wait 5 days for which is a joke in itself when they're totally at fault, not even an apology to add further insult.
Complete farce of a company & personally in my view, I wouldn't ever consider using them again.
Steer clear & use a more reputable company that consider customer care more seriously.
No doubt they'll reply with some speil about what a great company they are, maybe so in the absence of Lawrence who despite me chasing him with phone calls several times to get the issue resolved, not once did he or they ever get back in contact with me.
Bishops Beds are responsible for this lash up, stop blaming parcelforce as ultimately, it was your issue to rectify, something you clearly failed to do!

Whilst I'm disappointed you've decided to leave us a one star review, I do acknowledge it was me personally who made the error of shipping your item to your billing address instead of your shipping address and we have spoken a couple of times trying to rectify this including my apologising for my error. I did do everything I could do to rearrange the delivery including spending 45 minutes on an automated service with ParcelForce to redirect the parcel which we discussed on Monday, but evidently they haven't followed through with the redirection and have returned the items to us.
I have issued your refund but unfortunately we have no control over the time it takes Paypal to refund you or as per their terms.
I do hope an opportunity arises to use us again and I'm sure we will provide our usual service that has so many positive reviews on Trustpilot.
