Very happy with slats from Bishops Beds
Bishops Beds delivered me exactly what I needed, promptly and at a very competitive price. The website was easy to use and I was able to order a full set of sprung bed slats perfectly cut to the length that I requested. Their product seems good quality and much more robust that the slats that I bought them to replace.

Quality product delivered quickly
Ordered a set of replacement slats and a few slat holders to replace broken ones. I ordered on Tuesday, they were cut and shipped same day and I received them on Thursday. The slats are good quality. The holders were dirty and scuffed so they didn’t look new, but it’s a minor criticism in an otherwise superb service.
Time will tell if the slats survive the bouncing of a small child.

In the first place it was great to actually find an obscure item needed to repair my bed. The price was reasonable and delivery prompt

Excellent after care
I visited Peterlee store on 04/01/24 regarding a fault with my mattress, i spoke to Lawrence who was very helpful. My mattress was collected the following morning and repaired, and returned to me by the end of the day.

We even rang up to check delivery date on the 2nd and they helped us to get a tracking code!
