I ordered a Sofabed mechanism came quickly but realised I had measured wrong so phoned them up and explained and arranged a return and ordered the bigger one the man I spoke to was very helpful very satisfied with the service would order again

excellent service, parcelforce delivery was slow but at least they can leave things at post office unlike some couriers ervi that return and lose things at drop of a hat.

I needed a replacement sofa bed mechanism and wasn't sure if about the size and make I needed. I telephoned Bishops who gave me great advice and they had in stock what I needed. I ordered same day Friday and the sofa bed mechanism arrived Saturday morning. Absolutely brilliant service

Ordered some bed slats to replace some broken ones. My original order did not turn , which as down to Parcel Force not delivering it. Got in touch with Bishops Beds who sent out a replacement straight away, which arrived a few days later. Wo you is definitely use them again.
