BitGo gives me real peace of mind
BitGo gives me real peace of mind. I trust that my assets are secure, and managing them is straightforward. The support team is quick to respond whenever I need help, and the new features they roll out actually make things easier
Intuitive process and helpful customer services
My experience was smooth and efficient. When I had a question, it was easy to get a straightforward answer from customer service.
I found BitGo by asking friends who are more familiar with digital assets than me. I'm very pleased I took their recommendation.

BitGo was a valuable partner for securing my assets. I hadn't heard of them at first and was skeptical, but they walked me through the KYC and registration process and I was able to deposit and withdraw as needed.
Their trade desk also brought some immense ease to my processes and I will continue to use them.
Some UI tweaks can be made but that takes time. Happy to amend my review once they are made.
Best customer support
BitGo has never let me down. They have been super steady and have the best support team in the crypto space. Highly recommend!
Great transition and experience!
Recently onboarded with BitGo and their specialists and support team are incredible. In my opinion, they have the best and most secure custody, but we’ve also begun integrating some of their other infrastructure products. Love this team. Thank you

BitGo is great!!!
Dramatic service
Dramatic service. It takes hours before you can actually do something with your assets due to their ridiculous 'settlement' system. Cancelled a limit order? Too bad, wait for 12 hours before you can withdraw those assets!
Withdrawing is not instant. They claim they 'broadcasted' a transaction to a blockchain, but it doesn't show anywhere in the explorers. They just hold it for hours and hours.
Don't use this, withdraw everything you can before this one goes bankrupt as well.

Worse possible customer experience
Worse possible customer experience. Service support is clueless and change each time you communicate with them for the same issue/thread so you need to re explain everything. My money is still blocked on the platform and I can't transfer it elsewhere.

Horrible experience
Had no choice but to use this exchange for FTX refund.
- UX/UI is just plain horrible
- My USDC/USD limit buy order never went threw, even if their graph shows frequent lower price for the time my order was open
- Finaly managed to trade at market price, no idea about the fee
- Then my trade is "Completed" but "Not Settled", it has been hours. No idea what it means but I cannot withdraw. How and they seems to support many blockchain but would only offer to withdraw to the expensive Ethereum main net.
- I am not sure I will be able to withdraw without getting some eth gaz first... come on ! You just invented the worst centralized exchange : as complex as interacting on the blockchains with self-custody, but with the same dis-advantages as your 6h a day open bank that have not yet discovered internet..

For a USA domiciled exchange I expected better service. Was nervous the whole time. Upon receiving FTX funds, had dodgy wallet link requests, and they would not let me place an order to convert USD into USDT without paying the offer price. They refused to explain why you could not place a limit order. They wanted to gain free money for processing FTX funds at market price (which is their price). Australian exchanges were so much more integral and had no restrictions on placing an order at a limit price rather than market price and do not profiteer off fiat conversions.

2 years to get ftx refund then this exchange ffs
The saying not your keys not your crypto. This exchange is plain painful, managed to get a small amount of traded avax to metamask as a trial the rest is sitting in converted usdc but shows unavailable to withdraw after the so called 24hr Hold window. Pray for a result soon.
Update: finally withdrawal allocated and TBF both avax and Eth sends where free. 36hrs to free up funds, guessing manually pressing a button over the weekend doesn't happen. Onwards extra star added.

Please share if you found a EU withdraw working method
Another one here trying to withdraw FTX refund funds from BitGo to Europe and getting charged and rejected. As they don't answer anything...
Has anyone in Europe managed to successfully withdraw their funds? Did you use Wise, did you end up converting to crypto and sending it to another wallet?
Please share if you found a EU withdraw working method

Terrible platform
Terrible platform. Would never use this by choice. Almost impossible to withdraw funds. Minimal support.
AVOID.

Absolutely unacceptable – BitGo is a complete failure on every level
What BitGo is doing here is outrageous. We are institutional creditors in the FTX bankruptcy process and completed the KYC verification months ago. Then, without any explanation, our status was reset, and we were forced to start the entire process again.
We re-submitted our KYC documents on March 5, 2025. As of today – months later – our status still says “Awaiting Review.” Nothing has changed.
BitGo support is a joke. We contacted them on April 30, only to be passed off to their so-called KYC partner, Persona, who has never responded. Multiple follow-up emails have been completely ignored. There is zero transparency, no accountability, and no way to escalate.
Let’s be clear: This company was selected to help distribute recovery funds to victims of the FTX collapse. And yet, they’ve failed to perform even the most basic identity verification — for months. At this point, it no longer feels like incompetence. It raises serious questions about whether delays are intentional or part of a systemic obstruction. For victims already burned by FTX, this feels like a second scam — just dressed up in official processes and silence.
Avoid this company at all costs. If this is how they perform during a court-supervised claims process, imagine how they’ll handle your assets.
BitGo is not just unreliable — they are irresponsible, unreachable, and unworthy of trust.

By far worst exchange
By far worst exchange, it's impossible to get support, the interface doesn't say anything
I have funds in my account for over a month, I decided to withdraw it, move USD to SOL, somehow it takes >10 hours to become available
Now trying to withdraw.... a Solana tx shouldn' take more than a few second to confirm... but somehow i'm waiting for over 30 min on this step "Broadcast transaction to the SOL blockchain"
Clearly not fit to handle any of the FTX withdraws which is heavily leaning to Solana

Can not log in. FTX refund
Can not log in. I have reached out to support. No response to my multiple requires for months (since January)!

I had no problem withdrawing my FTX refund from this exchange. I just wanted to comment on that since many users had problems with FTX withdrawals. Maybe I was lucky.
