BitGo -- all bits gone
I have no clue where and this company merited positive reviews from... It's on big scam.
I was told I could start with $1000...
After payment I was told rather indignatly that $3000 was the minimum to start with by my 'Bitgo Expert'... He only did what his boss said.... Add $2000
Next a battery of the bot failed. I had to pay for repair/reboot $1850 - their bot!
So the trade finished... Supposedly a $33,800 profit. I wanted a limited withdrawal of $10,000... Not possible, I was told an hour later. The full amount had to be withdrawn. My 'Bitgo Expert': I'm only doing what my boss says.
I decided to withdraw it all then since there was no choice
Next I was told to cough up $6760 being a 20% fee for BitGo. I asked to deduct it from the profit but no go. Deducting was not possible. 'For a reason' to get that profit, pay it
Next it all took too long...pay $1200... And another $1200... Now it was all okay... No problem...
Oh no... Seized by the government because the trade that has ended...wasn't ended. Another $6500 was needed.
I've given up.
Instead of any profit I lost $14000
Dont believe whatever you're told unless you're so filthy rich that you can keep coughing it until they cannot think of a new scam. Stay away.... Their only purpose is stealing.
If any of their rules and policies were made known beforehand, I still might have done it or not but everything is vague and non-transparant. The 'BitGo Ecpert' knows only when the client hears about a fee, a charge.. Doing only what the boss says...

Its scam and there are fake people even ceo also lay with me he makes mistakes bt not able solve mistake and apologize. They make only fake promises. Such cheap and time wastage company. They stolen customer money. They didn't have manners to talk any one. Plz my req is dont invest here. I have completely lost my all saving in this scam. Scam scam scam.😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

Never had problems with withdraws
Never had problems with withdraws.
The only thing I dont like is the high fees, when withdrawing, hence the 4 starts.
It has been holding has a good company.

Reviewing via Wirex case 1060150
Reviewing via Wirex case 1060150 - it has been 2 weeks where my crypto transfer has been lost in BitGo system of ‘smart contracts’ >> $1400 lost and uncredited.
Wirex responded by saying BitGo hasnt responded yet which is very worrying - all the talk and they are a cowboy operation.
