Forced to use this platform/company to get my funds from FTX distribution. What a nightmare!!
Same experience as other reviews suggest - was charged $60 for “failed transaction”, although all bank info I have provided was correct. Lack of communication and limited responses that take forever to come back; it’s been 2 months now since I am emailing Bitgo support trying to get some answers. Don’t believe I will get any to be honest, so disappointing, and nobody cares. Just feels like a big scam.

I want to withdraw USDC and cannot choose on which network to send it?! Then all funds may be lost. And anyway it does not even let me choose any amount. But how can I withdraw crypto if I cannot choose the network on which the transfer should run??

Withdrawel of FTX money to a dutch bank account is a nightmare.
Withdrawel of FTX money to bank via intermediary US bank failed. The information on this kind of transaction is terrible from both my own bank, the intermediary and BitGo. They have charged me 70 dollars for this failed transfer, even though I asked them to check if my bank data was correct and they acknowledged it was good.
Now I wanted to use the SOL network to transfer to a Kraken wallet, but you can't select an amount to transfer after buying SOL, since 'the transaction needs 4 hours to settle in'. There are probably all sorts of valid reasons for all this to not work and ultimately it's the FTX creditors who gave zero f*cks about what country you're from.
What an absolute nightmare to try and get my funds to my bank account.

My Bitgo account is frozen since more than a week due to data entry error at connection (so far good security measure). Unfortunately nobody is responding to my e-mails to reactivate my account (5 mails in 7 days). Procedure is to have a videoconference where I can show my ID but nobody dares to organize it at Bitgo. Very bad customer service!

Worst exchange ever tried, it's unacceptable that FTX creditors are being forced to use this garbage broker.
Withdrawal is a nightmare.
Conversion and transaction fees are absurd.
And I have not yet managed to withdraw.

These scammers have blocked my account because of an issue with THEIR platform. And it’s been over 15 days since I contacted their support team for help several times and haven’t received one reply. Not one. These scammers are trying to steal my money.

I am deeply disappointed
I am deeply disappointed with our experience using BitGo as our custody provider. The BitGo Recovery Wizard has been non-functional for over a month now due to a software bug and there is still no resolution. This situation has left us locked out of our funds, which is unacceptable for a custody provider whose core responsibility is secure access to assets.
To make matters worse, the support team has stopped responding after acknowledging that the issue lies within their software. This lack of communication and failure to address such a critical problem is extremely concerning.

I had funds on an institutional FTX account that got stolen along with millions of other peoples funds during the Sam Fiasco. Somehow the claim process has atleast in part been handed off to BitGo, which has been absolutely and I mean dreadfully awful to deal with/navigate. BitGo support is humorously inept and down right terrible at their jobs. It's really truly gross to think they are profiting off of the fraud that ruined millions of peoples lives and they don't even treat the victims with any level of respect. Disgusting horrible company

Be careful if you have the Starter Paygo account. A transaction from your wallet costs 0.25% of the value being sent.
These guys are even greedier than the worst exchanges out there.
I also think the navigation on their site is a bit confusing, not the most intuitive layout.

Avoid if you can
Avoid, if you can. They are in charge of the KYC procedure for the Kroll / FTX Restructuring Administration. However, their systems are broken and they can't seem to fix it already since months.
Week after week goes by with notice 'we forwarded your request to the appropriate department' and nothing happens.
Services like these are the reason why Crypto gets heavily regulated.

If you are contacted by someone claiming to work for this company, please do not respond. The supposed profits don't exist, and they always find excuses to make you pay. The people who contact you are all fake accounts. Beware of these people and this company. This is just a SCAM. To this day, Lisa Sam of this company refuses to refund me and harasses me on Facebook to make one last deposit to get my profits. This situation has been repeating itself since 08/12/2023.
