UK MIGRATION
I had 2 agents help me over 2 days. The last customer agent helped me from start to finish to migrate to the UK platform (3348108) explaining why it hadn’t taken place - think he was online for 2-3 hours

Horror. Opened a business account, in the bit-panda account I have a 'verified' icon. However not able to transfer money into the account to start investing (forbidden action message). Reached out to support. Chatbot is hopeless (does not understand the use-case), telephone call scheduled (calendly), but nobody called. This company is planning an IPO, pffffff - just stay away; also if you read the other low ratings/events that other users experience.

scam warning
Update, today is January 14,2026, still no any update from bitpanda， they locked my money for more than 3 month without any update
On October 2nd, I deposited money to Bitpanda via Skrill and purchased USDC. When I tried to withdraw, my withdrawal was blocked, and I was asked to complete an additional verification. I completed the verification, but ever since, they just keep telling me to “wait.”
I have contacted their support many times with no real response. I submitted a formal complaint on October 14th, and as of October 22nd, there has still been no reply at all.
This company shows zero transparency and disregards customer funds. I have now escalated my complaint to the relevant financial authorities.
Stay away from this scam! Bitpanda is deliberately holding users’ money!

Migration : Moving account to U.K. Platform
I have been with Bitpanda for several years. During this time I have had the best support. Easy to get hold of and provided me with excellent service.
I recently wanted some clarification and got in to the support chat where all my questions were clearly answered and I was able to move forward with my account.
I was also provided with a ticket ID number 3328096 on my email incase I needed any further assistance. Which incidentally I did and they responded quickly and again helped me.
I am grateful and confident that if at any time I need any support there will always be someone at Bitpanda to assist me.
The security measures that are in place are excellent and I know my account is well looked after
