I want to warn everyone about Bitrue. Bitrue is a platform that tricks people who use cryptocurrency. I had an experience with Bitrue.
I put a lot of my cryptocurrency forty-four thousand dollars into my Bitrue account. Then I tried to get my money out. Bitrue said my account was blocked. They told me it was because of something called arbitrage trading and that I did something against the Bitrue rules.
Bitrue wanted me to put in one thousand USDT to fix this problem. They said this would unlock my money and make me a VIP on Bitrue. I think this is just what scammers do. They stop you from getting your money then ask for money.
I talked to the people at Bitrue times. They just sent me answers. They did not really help me or explain what was going on. They did not take responsibility for what happened to my money on Bitrue. My money was still frozen on Bitrue.
So I went to Poma Advisory Ltd for help. I showed them everything: pictures of my screen logs of our chats with Bitrue and records of my transactions on Bitrue. They looked at how Bitrue was scamming me. Told me what to do. They helped me put pressure on Bitrue to get my money back. Thanks to Poma Advisory Ltd I got my money back from Bitrue.
If you are dealing with Bitrue or any other platform like Bitrue you need to be very careful. You should get help from experts like Poma Advisory Ltd away. Bitrue is not trustworthy so you should stay away, from Bitrue.

I have been a Bitrue user for a while

I have been a Bitrue user for a while, but my experience recently has been extremely disappointing.
My funds have been frozen for more than a month, and despite multiple support requests, I have received no clear explanation or timeline for resolution.

Each time I contact customer service, I only receive automated replies or generic responses. This has caused significant stress and financial inconvenience.

I expect a reputable exchange to provide transparency and accountability, especially when user funds are involved.
Please escalate this case to your compliance or management team and provide a clear update on the status of my account.

Until this issue is resolved, I cannot recommend Bitrue to other users.

There are no changes either, support just says boilerplate phrases.

I had a very bad experience trading…

I had a very bad experience trading TIMIUSDT Perpetual Futures on Bitrue.

During my position, the mark price suddenly spiked abnormally within a very short time, far beyond the normal market movement shown on other platforms. This spike triggered liquidation / prevented me from closing my position, even though I attempted to exit in time.

What concerns me most is:
• The mark price deviated significantly from the last traded price
• Extreme volatility on a low-liquidity pair without sufficient protection
• The platform later stated this was “normal market behavior” and refused any compensation

For futures trading, fair and transparent mark price calculation is critical. In this case, the sudden spike created an unfair trading environment, especially for retail users.

I accept trading risk, but this loss was not caused by my strategy, it was caused by abnormal price behavior and poor risk protection.

I strongly advise traders to avoid futures trading on low-liquidity pairs on Bitrue, as the risk of sudden mark price spikes and forced liquidation is extremely high.

I have lost trust in Bitrue Futures and will no longer use this platform.

Avoid this place at all costs. My order took over a month. My order was for buy three get three free. I only received three items, not six. In order to get a refund or the missing items, I was asked to send a photo of the packaging. Never been asked that before can’t even begin to imagine why?I was told by one person that the back office couldn’t verify the order from the picture. I was told the next morning by someone else that they couldn’t verify but they would give me a three dollar refund and asked if that was OK. These people are fraudsters. I wish I had read the reviews here before making the mistake of buying anything from them. If you’re lucky where I wasn’t, go buy something somewhere else.

I have traded on Bitrue for several years and generally appreciated their platform — until the recent October 10–11 market crash exposed major issues in how they handle liquidations and client communication.

During the crash, trading was halted across several pairs, preventing users from adding margin or closing positions manually. Despite this, Bitrue’s risk engine continued liquidating futures positions in the background. Most of these liquidations occurred around 23:15–23:45 (Amsterdam time). However, one of my XRP-USDT positions was forcefully liquidated eight hours later, on October 11 at 08:07, long after market stability had returned.

The automated liquidation email I received from Bitrue stated that the marked price was 1.1745 USDT, yet in their later “technical review,” Bitrue claimed the execution occurred at 1.7396 USDT — a 48% discrepancy that cannot be explained by market volatility or latency, especially since the market price at that time was around 2.42 USDT and no wick or price movement near 1.7 USDT appeared on any chart.

When I raised this issue with evidence and timestamps, I was repeatedly answered by low-level support agents with no identifiable authority (no titles, no signatures, no real accountability). Each reply was filled with generic PR language about “system stability” and “index feeds,” but no verifiable data, no log screenshots, and no admission of any fault.

Their so-called “compensation” was a marketing link to an “exclusive benefit” page that required further deposits and trading volume — hardly an act of goodwill.

To date, Bitrue has failed to provide:

Any technical proof of the liquidation event,

The index sources or mark price data used at that time,

An explanation for the conflicting price values (1.17 vs 1.74).

This case highlights a serious lack of transparency, accountability, and professional communication at Bitrue. Traders deserve verifiable answers when positions are liquidated at prices that never appeared on any chart.

Until Bitrue can provide real audit data and improve how escalations are handled, I cannot recommend using their futures platform for serious trading.

Bitrue has still failed to provide any technical response, despite clear evidence of a system malfunction. There was a documented mismatch between the liquidation timestamp, the displayed market price, and the actual liquidation price applied. During the incident, I was blocked from accessing both my wallet and my position—order submission failed due to platform-side errors. All of this has been supported with timestamped screenshots and transaction history.
Bitrue’s continued silence is unacceptable. This is not just a personal loss—it exposes a serious vulnerability in platform integrity and user control. I will escalate this issue to broader platforms. This documentation will continue for the sake of transparency and community protection.!

Been using bitrue for years

Been using bitrue for years, never had any problems, was always losing money with my trades, but all smooth. Until one day I actually won! I made money! Can you believe it? But then in unfortunate fate of events, somehow someway I didn’t get paid what I earned. Simple maths should figure this out

Even in my app if you go to pnl section it shows all these numbers but shows profit only 1024$, by seeing this bitrue staff should understand immediately that there was mistake. Its like seeing 2+2=5 but you know its wrong answer, so why does it take weeks to pay it out? Well because i think bitrue is readying themselves for an exit scam. If you have any money there remove it immediately! I have all proof including screenshots from app and etc. they have no intention to return my money. I will remove this if my money will get paid back.

Bitrue stole my funds and keeps ignoring me.
I sent 16,481 DOGE from Bitrue to Upbit. Upbit returned the coins back to a Bitrue-controlled wallet, but Bitrue credited them to another user and refuses to return my funds.

I have provided transaction ID, blockchain link, and screenshots many times. My assigned support (Saccaridha) has never replied even once. It’s been more than 2 years, and I still get no answer.

Bitrue stole my coins

Bitrue stole my coins, they are in their cold wallet, but refuse to return them to my wallet with Bitrue for me to transfer them to crypto.com. I was with Bitrue for many years but i was told that they no longer can do business in the USA so I was trying to transfer my coins out. I have no choice but to believe they are thieves.
