Scam, Alert. I deposited cryto of 1950 usdt. There is now 30 usdt and apparently i have no assets. There is trade history as they only go back three months. so they said tuff luck. Do not send this exchange any money. Scammer Alert

I did arbitrage trading on the pair usdt/BTC and usdc/BTC

I made $40 profit and the frozen my usdc account.

Bitrue is a great exchange to trade on , however, after using Bitrue for a couple of years no problems ....until I took a loan out , the payback page does not work , the borrow page works , the margin call page works , but not the payback page ...support is the worst in a sea of bad ....their system looks like it is made to collect interest and wait for liquidations , support gives you a ticket[389662] then you get a form letter and never hear from them again ...if anyone knows ways to complain to the right people , please tell me and others ....Bitrue looks to be not nice ...I miss NEXO!...I have contacted Canadian Gov. and OSC , and brokers standards up here ...any others ...I will make updates here .

Terrible exchange plenty of bette ones out there do not use . Don’t say you wasn’t warned if you do.

firstly they asked me to pay Taxes and then asked for verification fee. 120K USDT is still unfreezed. stay away from BITRUE

I sent USDC from Coinbase on Polygon. Somehow it was the wrong contract. It took Bitrue 4 months to resolve the issue. They didn’t give up until I got my refund! Thank you support team!

on 26/12/2023 bitrue froze my account and informed me that they were conducting a Telcoin inspection since Telcoin had been hacked. they stalled me for 24 days telling me the inspection is complex and they are working with the telcoin team to resolve the issue. THEY WERE LYING. IMAGINE CUSTOMER SUPPORT WAS LYING TO ME !! on the 20th of January i followed up and was told i had lodged a trading attack on the platform and as such i am banned (which i disagree). The accusations were not accompanied by any sort of evidence and the entire email was not comprehensive. They did not clarify anything regarding the return of my assets and have since stopped responding to my email. BEST ADVICE IS STAY AWAY

Serious warning, do not work with this platform at all, it is very professionally designed for fraud and easily steals your money. All my capital lost in this platform,they don't have any plan to return your profit.

Please don't trade with these scampers. I've been ripped off 15000 usd . As soon as I was withdrawing my funds, they locked my account. I did message them telling this problem. They told me they found that I was doing money laundering which was not true and blocked my account. They want 5000 usd to unlock my account which doesn't make any sense. 1 belarussian woman texted me and trapped me on this bitrue exchange. She claims her name is Jennifer Olivia from Minsk belarus phone number 07869341120. I hope bitrue sees my message and unlock me

Put your funds here if you want to lose it. If anything goes wrong, you won’t be able to contact the customer service. Other platforms , more profitable ones that care about your success are the ones you should try. ‘Trēasūrēfūnding” is a highly recommended one . Top notch support team. Not at all associated with them. But the great work on my portfolio made me put this out here

still the problem with my locked account, they still ask for 10000 dollars to unlock my account. just don't invest money here you will lose it all

Got my Bitrue issue resolved. I take back what was written. I someway, somehow got access to the exchange and am able to freely purchase and offload assets. From Zero to Hero.

They frozen account and locked more than $5000. Who see this, ask your self if you want to loose like me.

Just got $5000 worth of crypto stolen from my account, because bought some crypto when their trading bots glitched and the price was a few % lower. They haven't reversed the transaction. The just stolen ALL of my crypto... worth a lot more than that transaction. I wasn't aware of the situation at all. They just used users funds to cover their mess, the loss of their trading bots glitch... stay away from this scam exchange...

Been with them a few years never had any issues, they are always fairly prompt on withdrawal, some tokens a little expensive to withdrew but good company.

Recently i made a couple of small errors one being a spelling mistake on my surname, they locked the acc faur enough its security but the big problem i have is they ask for a deposit which was 10k usd only for them to put it back into your acc which makes no sence, because of these errors my credit rating went below 80 so cant withdraw now they want 30k usd to get my credit over 80 so i can withdraw only for them to return the full deposit to my trading acc. Has this happened to anyone else?I just find it odd to give a deposit only to get it back once fixed.0 stars id give if i could.

I used this company made £140000 now they changed my password and licked me out saying I was a scammer they took my money now blocked me total scammers iv got people on the case I’ll get it in the end lol
