Scammers. Can’t withdraw my money. But they had no problem taking it.

I had an account, held xdc on it for a while as well as xrp.. well apparently now there's no longer an account registered with my number/email.. I couldn't recommend an exchange more than this than to just avoid. IT IS A SCAM EXCHANGE.

emails I wrote to vaze,rtrail were respondent with all needed legal representation and assistance.

They are F**KING liers, worst platform ever, they send you a link via email that you have rewards to claim and when you open your account it tell you "Error 404" and that's all a scam to make you use their platform for more rewards, they are all scammers...

Bitrue was victim of a hack and in the process many user funds were stolen.

My assets were also affected. Bitrue is insured, but refund you less than the tokens that were stolen from you. I am losing about 20% because of this.

I've never had any problem with Bitrue. Fast deposits, availability, and withdrawals. Large number of trading pairs. Customer events happening dam near daily. I've done many transactions with Bitrue Exchange. I personally recommend this exchange.

No problems until I had problems logging in. At that point they claim to be sending an SMS to God knows where, because it doesn't even give the last few characters of a phone or email. They do email me, but they won't send it there, I've checked junk folders. When I ask for help, I've realized I'm talking to a bot that requests a screenshot (which I have) and gives me a link to try, that takes me back to the login screen where they send the SMS... nowhere? When I told it I simply forgot my password, I am asked to fill out a form giving the exact day I started the account and my initial deposit... THAT WAS YEARS AGO! If anyone is interested in a class action lawsuit, I'm in. EDIT: Confirmed through phone app that the verification process is indeed sending an SMS to that same phone... it never arrives. It must never have been sent. Bitrue has made it impossible for me to access my account.

Bitrue lost my assets and gave me back a different crypto at a 1/10th of the value they lost. Its ridiculous and a scam. When exchanges do this you can't be sure it wasn't an internal scam pretending to be a hack. You money is not safe here!

I sent Sui from OKX to Bitrue.
But it never arrived on my Bitrue account.
On Suiscan I can see the transaction and I have double checked everything.
Bitrue is not helping at all. They are just sending stupid answer.
BITRUE stole my assets.
Anyone else had problems like this with Bitrue??

I am trying to withdraw ETH and these scum are trying to charge me 18.30USD for a fee... here are some comparisons.

Bitrue 0.01ETH = 18.30USD ( this is what people in 3rd world countries make in a week!!!!!) These scum are trying to swindle unsuspecting crypto users.

Vs

Kraken = 0.003eth = 5 usd
Binance = 0.0007 ETH cheapest!!!

The support person DEBORAH is worse than CHATGPT.. I explained to them that the fees are wrong and showed them links and screenshots to places where it shows the average eth fees. I even showed them screenshots to other exchanges. They continually repeat the exact same phrase back -

Instead of realising there is a real issue here and escalating this support request because the fee is not to cover network fees it's far more than the network fees DEBORAH keeps spitting the same response over and over.

Everyone should stay clear from these BITRUE people, support exists only by name they are an empty vessel worse than speaking to AI their human nature is non existent .

My coins are in limbo since sending coins to Bitrue from another exchange on April 24. I copied the coin address exactly as they provided on their site. They said they never received the coins and told me to submit a case to locate the lost coins on May 2nd. They said it will take up to 10-22 business days to complete the case request. They asked for screenshots and other proofs. I even gave them the Etherscan info. It's been 22 business days, and now they say that since the coins were sent in multiples for the one TX ID, it will take more time to find them.
Their response: Please be informed that your transaction is multiple transaction in the same TX ID that currently we don't support it
We can help you to find the coin, however, it takes sometimes to retrieve it.
Wish I had found this site with reviews from many others with similar experiences before losing my money.

Disgraceful service. 3 years using the exchange and send a transaction without a memo and been ignored and provided with useless information. I had to do all the investigating and provide absolutely every piece of information and no resolution after 45 days. Disgusting customer service and useless agents.

Scammers dont do business with them unless you want to lose all your money!!

Never had an issue until now. Sent ERC20 ETH to bitrue ERC20 wallet and funds are not in my account and etherscan shows it’s in there…

Bitrue is a pain to use. I lost my phone and changed my number. Cannot access account. Do not use bitrue, unless you want to lose your assets.

bitrue cheats its users, he said he will give 10 dollars cash to every new user who deposit 100 dollars, many users do not pay for various reasons, this is really bad experience for an exchange, I definitely do not recommend

This trading platform is amazing. been using it for several years now.

I have been a customer for years, but recently have to update my phone number. Bitrue refuses to let me access my account due to the 2 factor authentication and that my account was linked to my old phone. I have been in contact with them via email for months, went through their process of account recovery, and they still have NOT allowed me to access my cryptos. I tried to request a phone call directly with a representative, to which they don't have any. I have cleared this issue with other platforms, but still have issues with Bitrue. I just want to access my account and cryptos, still NO way to do so, as they will NOT allow me due to this. Please have a dedicated phone line so customers can speak to someone directly. The email service is lacking and process to recovery and update my phone is crap.
