A complete rip off once they got your money you can’t get it back. You write to them via email all you get is 1 million threads. No one can help you.

I'll never get my money out of this one. The withdrawal fees are more than the amount of coins I have. I guess they will keep my $117 unless I buy enough crypto to cover the fee to withdraw my money. They say they have a service to convert your coins to fiat or usdt in order to withdraw but the service is constantly "down for maintenance".
Stay away. Far far away from these people.

After getting large profit, transaction got frozen because apparently I triggered US tax mechanism and if I don't pay I either lose all or go under law accusations etc. How real is this?

I have been using Bitrue for 4 years and haven't had any issue. Deposit and withdrawals are instant!

Looking at most of negative reviews I highly recommend avoiding this exchange. It seems similar to Bitify & Biteq where once you trade or deposit funds you never will be able to withdraw 😡

XDC repeatedly cannot be sent to another account, Bitrue simply closes the possibility for days. I suspect that the XDCs I bought are not really available, I can't explain it any other way. This has also happened several times to other people. Bitrue tells the same story over and over again - maintenance work or technical problems...

Had nothing but problems with this company. They deactivate the stop loss feature eating up your funds. Even when presented with video evidence of this happening they fail acknowledge.

I STRONGLY RECOMMEND TJS COMPANY IS AVOIDED THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY.

Been using Bitrue for the last 4 years and i have NEVER had any issues. Deposits and withdrawals are always easy. I recommend to anyone!

I have been using Bitrue for the last 3/4 Yrs after being recommended by "BRAD KIMES" who runs A YOUTUBE CHANNEL called "Digital Perspectives" and never had any problems either depositing or withdrawing Funds.

I guess the negative reviews that hv been given do not add up. NFA. DYOR.

They false advertise $1000 rewards for new accounts which transfer $100. They immediately answer and tag transaction as a risk and they cancel the reward. They also repeat the same answer when making appeal via heldesk support ticket.

Is not a trusted platform.

I am a user of bitrue and i feel the need to write a review after i have seen so much bad reviews which in my opinion do not have validity. I have never had any problems with depositing or withdrawing and the exchange had a nice earn section just like binance with no lockups and with supported coins nowhere else.

one of the worst cryptocurrency brokers ever seen in my life they are pure scammers they don't close trades which ones are set SL and tp and also if the price trigger still not SL or tp hit so bad experience by this broker make sure take action against this scammer broker I have profs also

I been using this app for more than 3 years now what I noticed when your coin hit the fan the AAP builders take your money and show you very less it's not safe to keep and when you transfer your coins they stop you doing that and you loose your coins also so I have up on this bitrueshit

Personally, after four years I have never had any problems with Bitrue and payouts I have always received very quickly. Furthermore, I think the low review here is unjustified and I do have a suspicion. Since it is a very competitive market, it seems to me that people are hired and paid by competing exchange(s) to write bad reviews about competitors. That's just the world we live in.

I am not able to access my account because it won't send a second step authentication code. It says it was sent successfully but my cell receives squat. They do not reply to my emails. This had happened a few times before in having to attempt getting a code a dozen or so times and after connecting with customer service a few times over 2 months all they came up with was, they are checking into it, and once told me to turn on and off the airplane mode of my cell... that's a joke. Now they don't respond and I do NOT have any problem with any other crypto or online site with a 2 step authentication. Until they solve my poblem, I highly recommend you DO NOT use Bitrue and have no choice but to label them as scammers! So, at this time, I'm out $2K and doubt I'll ever see it.

Complete scam crypto exchange, the false advertise for airdrops that never happen or they claim later was a "contest" and just reward a few people. Even after their own employees state it's and airdrop for all holders, They delete any comments or complaints from their Twitter and telegram, warning others of their scams. Their withdrawal rates are 500% higher than most exchanges.

Trash exchange. Its a Bridge not an exchange

That’s how many stars Bitrue deserves for their poor customer service.

I had a deposit incident and Bitrue confirmed they would issue a refund. This was on 26th Feb 2024.

It’s now 16th April 2024 and I’m still waiting for my refund. Each time I follow up they say patience, patience, patience.

I’m so TIRED of your same template responses! This is no longer patience but an exercise of stupidity to frustrate your customers.

I WANT MY FUNDS BACK!!!!

I was contacted by a telegram bot t.me \ ClearGRamelus_bot which conencted me into the following channel link . makebig . money \ EcbIN . In this channel the owner is supposed to be certified trader which has produce an AI super system in which you can gain money in a very high percentage around of 10,000%. The trading platform that he suppose to use is the bitrue.com in which has attached this AI mechanism in the form of a Chrome extension, which extension of course does not exists.
The story is going on. He asked me to send my photo in companion with 315€ as a part of the kyc process, and he also sent me a related screen shot from inside the bitrue platform in which indeed i saw a related screen together with the amount of money requested. Of course i guess that this platform has been hacked or have been produced in a such way to steal money from people.
