i not know why i write this,but after read all bad reviews i realy need to tell my story on bitrue.
i have 1 problem in the biginning of this year wiht csc widraw to my wallet for swap
i make a mistake wiht the tack (sorry my english sucks)
after that i was panick and mail to bitrue.
they ask me for some info and i send that
after that i not hear for some days so i mail again.
they ask me to be patience but that is not easy if you feel you lose all your money.
but i not know how they do it but they solve my probleem and i get it all back.
i not know if the reviews here are real are unreal and i not care
but for me is bitrue a good exchange and they deserve my review.

This exchange is a scam. They steal assets from their customers

Been with Bitrue exchange from the beginning. Easy to navigate in comparison to other exchanges. Never had a bad experience moving my assets in or out. As far as i can tell, ppl having a bad experience with Bitrue is due to inexperience or not following terms and conditions set out by the exchange.

Reliable exchange filling a much needed niche.

I have been a Bitrue user for a couple of years and can't say how much benefit I've had but using their services.. They're a rapidly growing exchange, who are innovative but also listen to their customer. I rate them highly

Not able to withdraw 105 USDT. It says: Unavailable withdrawal, Withdrawal must be at least 274.5 USDT.
Not able to trade 1.8, must be round numbers like 1 of 2. So it's not possible to buy LTC for 105 USDT. My money is being kept hostage on that exchange.

Bitrue is an excellent exchange easy to navigate around great voting system nice power piggy never have a issue with them. I have few bad experiences with other big name exchanges. But since I’m with BITRUE I am so much happier. Keep up the great work welldone team Bitrue. 🤗🤗

I am bitrue from 2020 till now now no issue. Nice exchange.

I bought 50 $ bitcoin but I cannot tranfer it to my binance or coinbase. It gets .001 bitcoin as a transferring fee.

Usind Bitrue since 2019 never had any issues.

Been using Bitrue since 2019. I've never, I mean NEVER had any issues. Not once I had to contact customer service for anything. So as far as I'm concerned Bitrue is excellent!
