I hold 551.6 btr worth of 117 usdt (now 107 and continued I lose money), since yesterday I trying to exchange with XRP or USDT. I got the error: Failed to place an order. The same error I get when I am using the WEB site. I have opened a support ticket and their answer was: the order must at least worth $10.
Please retry your transaction with minimum $10 to make it successful. DONT TRUST THEM THEY WILL CATCH YOUR MONEY AND TRAP YOU

Nig scammmm.....you cannot access your private key..support not answered..not try to recober your fund..they say easly i cannot recober your fund..lees than 1 second neeed recover by private key but not do that for any account 😔

Sent $300 usdt on 9-18-21, it was confirmed on 9-19-21, never received deposit in account. Opened a ticket on 9-20-2021, provided all evidence and screenshots they asked for. Today is 12-17-2021, 3 months later, never heard back from them despite several attempts to contact them and follow up on this. Think before using this exchange. My Ticket # 159028.

Quick, fast exchange, had no issues with them. Went to them because okex was really bad.

If you are a developer who wants to list your token on this platform DO NOT LIST HERE BY ANY MEANS. AVOID AT ALL COST.

They are not transparent and they will keep asking for more money that they’ll never return. They have no customer support at all. They stole a total of 21k from me.

Bitrue is my go to crypto exchange. Great user interface and customer service is improving rapidly.

I sent 50$ worth of BTR token to the wrong chain (bep20 to erc20).

I asked the support if they can solve the problem.

After one month of "please kindly wait", I started to get annoyed, they answered that it require an engineer to work on my probleme therefore I have to pay 50$ of fee to get back my 50$ worth of BTR, or to let go of my BTR...

So basically they are lying about how complicated it is to get back the BTR, and they are keeping my BTR for them..

Never I will get on this exchange again

I had been using Bitrue for a few months. I should of done more research. Luckily for me I only put a few hundered bucks in it to test it out. Sure enough all a sudden out of thin air I went to go check my wallet and I had been loged out of my account. I tried to log in, and it says incorrect user name and password. Mind you for the months I had been using the app, it never asked me for my log in info after the initial set up. Ofcourse their customer service team was no help. At this point I just chalk it up as a loss. Im just glad I didn't put the 10's of thousnds that I have in crypto on there. Stay far, far, away from this scam of a company. They give Crypto a bad name.

Emailed bitrue about 20 times with no resolution. Bitrue stole my money. Now when i ask about it they don’t even respond at all.

Really bad experience. Nothing working well. Slow interface, For trading it should fast. I am not sure either my funds are safe or not.

FOR EXAMPLE A COIN VIB BUY WAS AT .007 AND WHEN TRYING TO SELL THEY WILL ONLY ACCEPT AT .001 THEY ALSO HAVE ALOT OF PUMP AND DUMP GOING ON WHICH HAS HIGHS THAN ANY OTHER EXCHANGE. THIS LEADS YOU TO THINK COIN HAS POTENTIAL TO GAINS WHEN INFACT THERE IS NON AND WHEN YOU DO GET A VERY LITTLE GAIN ON THE DAY GUESS WHAT THEY WONT EXECUTE THE SELL. THIS IS A WELL PROTECTED EXCHANGE THAT GUARDS ITSELF FROM ANY LOSS BUT INfACT ONLY makes GAINS for themselves. I AM STUCK WITH THEM AND LOST SO FAR 80%.. I am a experienced trader and other exchanges are 100% transparent in order execution but bitrue will try to reject make you wait and hold the order but wont execute it this is especially when you found a coin that has had gains in the minutes or hour or day. Initially I thought I had been scammed but it looks like it was my fault. Had to rewrite this review as I’ve realized I put the wrong tag in when sending funds. Bitrue could of done better with communication but ultimately it was my fault so I’m changing my review from one star to 3 as never had a problem with them before but they still could of dealt with this better.

I don't even rank it 1 One star..iv been trying for over a year now just to ask them to change me phone number on my account because I don't have the old one and I have at least a couple hundred dollars in my account and they will not change it for me after so many attempts asking them and emais asking them..so please read this before opening a account with them because iv know if spent well over a couple thousand dollars with them and they can't even change my number on my account after iv sent them screenshot of my account withdrawal and deposit and codes everything transaction iv done with them so think twice before you put your money with bitru

SCAM... avoid
They had a fake promotion of 100% interest and after depositing money it turned out to be 11%. Had no other choice but to wait 30 days so I could take out my money and leave. Here comes another ****** they froze my funds while trying to withdraw with a status "Under review". It's been more than a day and nothing is happening.

If you love your money, please avoid them with any cost.

They kidnapped the people money
I bought 215B Hokkaido coins recently and after 24 hours decided to withdraw to my wallet but the Bitrue system never allow me to transfer. System asks for $800USD more purchases and asks $80 transaction fee as well.
When I email the Bitrue support team they just say “ sorry for any inconvenient our withdraw system is down” no reason why and no say anything about solve out the problem. Obviously they kidnapping the people money.
Anyway my money is still there useless and is not for me anymore.
Shame !!

Used bitrue for the first time to cash out some crypto into my bank account, took a couple of days as they don’t send money on weekends and I’d put in the withdrawal request on Saturday, contacted customer services and they were fast to respond and give me reassurance the wire had been sent. Will I use again? There are some good features I’d like to further explore on the platform with the aim of making a return on investment, so yes I will use again as my overall experience was good..

I wish I could give less than zero stars. Avoid this like the plague! I had 3500$ worth of crypto transferred to Bitrue via Coinbase and put it all into power piggy. I never logged off. However I found one random day that I had to re log onto my account as the app kicked me out. Despite repeat attempts with right pw, I couldn’t get in. I emailed their support, reached out via Twitter also. No luck. Useless customer service kept saying reset your Pw. I did. But it didn’t work. So then they came back and said reset and wait 48 hr. I did, but then same issue. Now I can’t even reset my pw!! It’s insane! I want my money back!

Avoid avoid avoid. Been using them for a year. Tonight I deposited 200 XRP to my wallet address and the money has not shown up. The customer support team is refusing to rectify the situation. I have now withdrawn all my other funds from there. Will not be using again. I know that they have received the money from the transaction id. Please do not trust this exchange.

There is no phone number to call. Helpdesk take months to reply and it seems like they don’t know what they are doing. My asset has been frozen but they seem to say it’s not although I can not touch it. A big disappointment because they have no accountability.
