Great communication and quality- ordered a subwoofer over Christmas while they were closed and received an email as soon as they opened again in the new year giving me a timeframe for my sub. Good communication when I asked for an update on the sub and on delivery too. Happy to be supporting a UK company and UK manufacturing.

Received abit later than I would have liked because delays with production but well worth the wait. Tom was excellent with communication. Absolutely love my new subwoofer. You can really tell it's quality. Made in the UK too

Bought an xl400 df sub many years ago from them and the service and the product were both excellent. The sub was to replace a rel quake and it was a huge upgrade in sound and quality of bass . Recently it has developed a hum when even when it’s not in operation and it is well out of warranty. I contacted them and they arranged for me to return the amp panel from the rear of the sub for repair. Within 1 week it was repaired and returned for a small fee which I was pleasantly surprised. I would definitely use them again for another sub as I plan a future upgrade and already have a model picked out . Great service from a great british company.

Fantastic subwoofers at a fantastic price with fantastic customer service. There was a problem with delivery that was of no fault of BK Electronics, and they went above and beyond resolving the conflict quickly and professionally. Truly a class act and their subwoofers sound terrific. Definitely earned my trust and will be returning to them for any future buys.

The subwoofer is absolutely great, it's better than the big brands, I have bought them home and tried them, they were not up to the job, Tom and olive were brilliant, they answered all my questions, the bass response is superb, it digs real low,you can buy a remote control device on line to control the level of the subwoofer, which I have done, the feet where the spikes screw in are made of solid metal, great for sound damping, I personally use a ac mains surge protector, to filter mains ac supply and control voltage surge, doing this will protect the subwoofer for years to come, also it's a good idea to switch on the power supply from the mains socket switch, in doing this you will not be switching on or off from the amp plate, saving wear and tear on the amp plate switch, another good thing is that you can pick up the subwoofer your self, the finish on the cabinet is to a very high standard, this company has to be known for the quality of the build and sound definition, and precise bass extension, monolith plus is the way to go, great for hifi and movie night's, I have a pair of mission ms10 down firing front ported 10 " drive unit 22 years old still in perfect condition, I wanted a little bit more of a slam and a bass extension and bass drop, I was kindly surprised by how well it sounded, in there factory I even got to see the plate amp and hold the 12" bass drive unit, it was very lmpressive, all I can say is if you're in the market for a subwoofer for sure you won't be disappointed with this subwoofer, they have to build it from scratch, so it takes about two weeks

Found BK Electronics through recommendations on AV forums, even though i was searching for a specific solution solely for music listening. I searched and compared many different products from the likes of REL, AE etc., but I kept coming back to the subs in BK Electric's range. The reviews and price were the main attraction. Then following some great communication with the manufacturer I was convinced to buy from them. Have the sub setup in my modest system in a large living room and the results are fantastic. The finish of the cabinet is perfect and the walnut finish complements the appearance of the main speakers. The sub is setup gently supporting my main speakers with the soundstage now much fuller and the bass controlled. Very happy with this company and cannot recommend them highly enough.

I tend to be very critical leaving reviews of companies, but... well, they've gone above and beyond to help identify and solve issues I was having with my (out of warranty) subwoofer. Absolutely top tier company, I've never been so pleased to have owned a product from someone. You should immediately buy from them, they'll do you proud.

Having dealt with this company on a number of occasions, my latest purchase has reminded me what a superb organisation they are.

Their sub woofers are designed and manufactured in the uk. They offer superb value, great sound and fabulous build quality.

To top it all, their customer service is exemplary.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough.

I own 2 Double Gem subs - they are incredible value for money rivalling competitors products costing twice as much and more. The sound is controlled yet huge.

After weeks of checking reviews I made a purchase from B.K. Electronics and after some after chatting with Tom who was very helpful. Quality product received well packaged. The XXLS400 FF is a beast at 400 watts and 61 lbs in weight. Improved my system by 25% and would definitely recommend this company and its products

Ordered a Monolith sub from BK and needed [wanted] it in a hurry. They pulled out all the stops to get it out of the warehouse quickly with next day delivery. When things went wrong with the courier company, BK did everything they could to get the problem sorted. Communication was great, the people I spoke to were very helpful.

The sub is fantastic quality, was packaged really well - and the sound is incredible. The room was shaking as we watched the new series of Stanger Things last night, and the low end was really tight for the bass lines in the 80's soundtrack!

Superb quality, very fast delivery for a reasonable price. Wide range of handmade subwoofers with many optional finishes. Some of the subs are available in both down-fire and front-fire design. The webpage looks like a poster from the 80's, but the service itself is professional, just like the subs.
