Received a partial order

Received a partial order. I have tried contacting customer service for weeks and no response. Emails, chat box and the phone number constantly says they are closed. I am going to cancel my coffee subscription tomorrow. Way to treat veterans really well BRCC. Super disappointing!

Poor Customer Service

I placed an order on 11/08/2025 for a Christmas present. I received an email on 11/10/2025 saying they were experiencing delays and would ship in 5-7 business days and I have not heard anything since. I have emailed, tried chat and they would not connect me to a live person. Tried calling and they would not connect the call to a live person. Pushing FAQ and chat Bot which are not helpful.
Customer service SUCKS! I was not expecting this poor service from BRCC

Abysmal Customer Service and Terrible Order Fulfillment

If I could give 0 stars I would. Let me preface by saying, I have been a BRCC customer for years and never had an issue much less a complete fiasco like now.

I place an order for 2 bags of coffee and a mug in mid October. Thankfully I went through PayPal. My card was charged and I was waiting on a shipment email. It never came. I emailed their customer service and got a generic response that they were experiencing high volumes and I would receive a reply soon. No response so I emailed again the first week in November. Received the same high volumes generic reply. Nothing was updated by mid November so I filed a claimed. After the claim was filed I received a response and was told a warehouse move in September caused the delay and my order was being shipped. I received the 1st package and it was a random mug, which I didn’t order and no coffee. The rep Stephanie appeared to be apologetic but “shocked “ I still had the claim going when I informed her that the wrong item was shipped. She apologized again said the order was right but the fulfillment team messed up and a replacement was again on the way. I was told to gift the incorrect mug to a first responder and my original order was going to be sent.

I received the 2 package today 12/05 and it is wrong again. The coffee came but not the mug. I reached out to PayPal and they said that BRCC would only grant a refund if I return everything that was sent ( including the mug they told me to gift to someone). Also, according to the return instructions, I am responsible for all shipping charges even though THEY cannot get a simple order right from almost 2 months ago. They did offer me an apologetic “ sorry for the mix up” discount which was nice but then added a list of all the items the discount could not be used for.

At this point I just want my money back and to be done with this situation. I don’t know what has happened to them but I am seriously looking for another coffee distributor.

Upon review, I do see that the agent speaking with you via email created a reshipment for you and that the reshipment is still processing. The agent has also reached out to the fulfillment center and is monitoring the reshipment to ensure the correct items are received.

Placed my order BRC-27057964 on…

Placed my order BRC-27057964 on November 14th. Billed my CC the same day. I’ve sent multiple emails with no response, I called 2 days ago and spoke with someone who said they would have to escalate my order. Still nothing response.
I’ve got better service from a fast food drive through.

Update 12/05/2025
Throughout the day today I’ve had multiple FB messages from BRCC and two emails. In all of the messages and emails here’s what I know. BRCC is showing my order “Fulfilled” while the app (where I placed my order) shows “In Process”. BRCC is asking for my patience because they didn’t account for their warehouse move and how much work that was actually going to be on them.
No ETA on my order and no shipping tracking #.
They still have my money and my order. 21 days they’ve had both.

Lack of Customer Service

I placed an order on 11/11 after watching them on FOX news. I also gave a donation. I have not received my order, and the website just says that they processed the donation. I sent emails and tried the chat bot to reach customer service. I have not heard from them. This is a terrible way to do business, and I am sure if FOX knew how unreliable they are, they would not have had them on the show encouraging viewers to support them.

Terrible customer experience outweighs good coffee

I've been a subscription member since 2022, canceled my subscription today. Two reasons: 1) Changes in shipping/warehouse caused 2 month delays with no attempt to apologize or offer any compensation to someone who's been buying your product monthly for years. Customer service unreachable during this time. 2) Most recent subscription only included 1/2 of my order, though I was charged for full order. Emailed customer service to alert them to my frustration. No apology, just "we can refund you for the items you didn't receive". Good coffee, but I can buy good coffee elsewhere. Terrible customer service has cost them my business.

A Business NoseDive on Customer Service

Not so long ago, this was just a stellar business, Customer Service was available and did everything they could to make sure they had you taken care of before you disconnected the phone call.
Coffee is great!! But it’s uncertain if you’re going to get it even though you ordered it and pay for it!
This last order of mine shorted me two bags. The online invoice showed it was delivered in full yet the included paper invoice inside the box and the shipping invoice online. Both indicated the true product that arrived, and that was two bags short!
The item was not out of stock and I was just waiting for them to make it up by sending it out separate because it seemed like they had some cognizance of missing product as it was ordered and paid for and not shipped.
Yet that was all in vain because nothing arrived no correspondence reaching out today to their phone number customer service, goes unanswered.
So dispute the missing product and its related cost with my credit card company. The problem is do you wanna hassle every time you place an order?
I have to ask myself, how much is MY time worth, dealing with this fiasco.
I don’t understand how you can lead a business like this just go down the drain.
And if you think the phone not being answered, is the only issue try emailing them, CRICKETS there too. Nada nothing

Shipping is an absolute train wreck

Shipping is an absolute train wreck. Been a long time subscriber, half of my order shipped, the other half did not. Received the second half about a week later. A week after that, customer service sent back an email reply to my inquiry.

Current order was a gift of some Bourbon Coffee and ordered it almost a month ago. Still “In Process” customer service not accepting calls, chat feature doesn’t get any help. I did get an email back asking me what my order number and shipping address were about a week after I asked for information. I gave that information in my initial request, and gave it again in the response. Still haven’t gotten shipping confirmation, nor has the gift arrived.

BRCC is losing customers.

Edit: Customer support finally reached out. Offered no meaningful help except to check on the order, just to tell me it was still in process. They also said they are having shipping issues because they are making changes to better serve customer. Doesn’t feel that way. Also, still waiting for my order to ship.

9/27..

9/27... yes you read that correctly... placed an order September 27th... marked as shipped 11/20... after being told heres a refund (over a month later) and the order was being pushed to the front of the line... after a line of bs and yada yada and heres a coupon... Did I mention it wasnt actually shipped? A label was created and the package hasnt even made it to the carrier? Over 2 months now... do NOT BUY directly from these guys. This company is MIA. Not sure what happened, but it obviously wasn't a warehouse move...

As a veteran and first responder I and greatly disappointed with BRCC. Their customer service went from bad to nonexistent. Their response has been the same hollow repetitive warehouse move excuse. Still they not only had a chance to have good customer service they took the high road and said buried in their website was a “shipping delay statement.” However, now they have received numerous poor ratings and lost a lot of business including my own, how have they made it right? By more excuses and apologies. Sorry BRCC, I have taken my business to Blackout Coffee and haven’t looked back.

Items not shipped, no customer service

Order was placed on 11/11 for over $100 and it has not shipped and when the order is clicked on on their website, either via mobile or desktop, it says "order not found". They have shut down their phones and chat bot service to contact someone but are still gladly taking orders and people's money. I unfortunately forgot to cancel my subscription before it just refilled this morning, and will see if I actually receive that order of coffee.

Whoever their PM and logistics people in charge of this whole "warehouse transition" are, should be fired.

They have lost my business after being a subscriber for years.

Big supporter of the BRCC mission

The customer service team was in constant contact with me regarding a relatively small order, they took their job seriously and did their best to keep me informed of any updates. In the future I would recommend BRCC just make an announcement of "6-8 week delays due to warehouse move" and everyone would be ok with it. I'm still a big fan of the brand and will be buying more products to support the mission.

Ordered on 9/28 and never received any…

Ordered on 9/28 and never received any updates on my order. I called, emailed, etc. over a month to finally get customer service telling me that they are in a transition. Never received any updates or any apologizes for this. I was ghosted over and over to the point that they just stopped answering any emails. I was a subscription customer for coffee for over 5 years but have since cancelled and will no longer shop at BRCC while I have a pulse. As a fellow veteran, I would expect better, regardless of their personal logistics issues. Matt and whoever is running this company needs to open their eyes.

Customer Service is a Joke

I placed an order to take advantage of their BOGO offer on September 29, 2025. My order was confirmed via email immediately. Within a day I received another email with a notification of delays due to warehouse transitioning. My order was finally shipped on October 23,2025. I was issued a tracking number with DHL. Every time I checked the number I received a message saying shipment received awaiting pickup by carrier. After days of no movement and not receiving my order I attempted to file a claim with BRC via email. I have also tried their Chat Bot. Nothing has produced my order and they have my money. I called today and was notified I was 7th in line. Fifteen minutes later there were 10 ahead of me. Fifteen minutes after that there were 11!! This is ridiculous and I would give them 0 stars right now. I have ordered successfully in the past.

No customer service techs on the telephone?????

I called this morning twice. The first time I was on hold for 55 minutes and second time 30 minutes and I talked to noone. I also tried their chat box to find out my order status and that did not show my information either. The customer service department may need more people being on hold for over 45 minutes is ridiculous. I do not plan on ordering from here again and I really like their coffee.

Great coffee - Horrible customer service

Great coffee, non-existent customer service. I am a subscriber. I did not receive my September coffee shipment. This was during their warehouse move. Emailed customer service distro 14 times. Tried their chat, all I get is case has been opened. Still not response.

Dishonorable Discharge

I bought my first BRCC bag of coffee today and couldn't wait to try it. It was hoffible. I got the JB. It's just a knock off french roast- I despise french roast- with notes of burning plastic and a watery finish. You got my $15 this time BRCC, but never again. I mean it's really really bad.

Follow up to my previous review

Follow up to my previous review. Customer service emailed me and stated my package shipped on 11-7-25, well 5 days later ...the requested wait time I find all they did was create a label. So we are going on 5 weeks with the bill being paid and I have no product. They offered a discount code on a future purchase, great...just what I want to do, spend more money with them and get nothing in return. I almost feel as if I have been stolen from at this point.

Worst Customer Experience, just want cancel order but can't

Would give 0 like everyone else wants too. Ordered products little over 2 weeks and have heard nothing. While I understand that they are in the middle of some warehouse flip, answering one of my 3 emails, 3 phone calls, and multiple chat bot attempts would be nice. Chat bot just tells me everything is closed... in the middle of the day... At this point I just wanted to cancel my order but literally can not get anyone to respond... Worst experience and like most will not be coming back as a lot of other places make great coffee too.

My order was placed 10/12/25 with a…

My order was placed 10/12/25 with a delivery timeline of 7 to 10 days. They charged my account at that time $104.01. Today is 11/13/25. I have spent too much time with their online chat. I have sent an email two weeks ago without any response. I can not get through on the phone line. I used to belong to their monthly club, but quit when I had delivery issues and could not get through. I had not placed an order in close to a year and thought I'd try again to see if things had turned around. I am very disappointed and now upset that they are so nonresponsive. I never write revies but I'm upset. They need better management

Your phone system is not working. Your response time is horrific. I used to be a monthly club member but stopped that a year or more ago for delivery problems. I tried again to see if things have got better but very disappointed they have not. I either want the product as ordered or a refund. I am not interested in any gift card or special deals because the service sucks. I just don't need aggravation.

Please give me a definite solution within a day or so or I'll contact the Card company and file a dispute and cancel that card (which is a pain)

Please advise.
