Do not order anything from Black Rifle!!!

No matter how much you like their coffee- DON’T order through their website or app! The customer service is truly horrendous. My first order of $80, arrived yet was incorrect plus the bag of coffee was ripped. They replaced it with another incorrect order. Exasperating! I then received a letter telling me to respond to their email and they would send me the correct order. I responded immediately and it’s been several weeks and no confirmation. I tried to call them today and never got through after 20 mins on hold. Hopeless!! I am so PO’d!!!

No delivery/horrible (non-existent) customer service - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I placed an order on 11/29/25 and as of today - 12/29/25 I still have not received it. I have made multiple attempts to contact customer service in multiple ways - the online chat bot online is useless and told me to call instead - when I called I was 26th in line and after waiting an hour I was then 27th in line - how did I wait that long and then was 1 more in line??!! I emailed them on 12/15/25 and requested them to cancel my order (as instructed by the order confirmation email that I received bc there is no way to cancel orders online) and have not received a response. I have since sent my 5th request for a cancellation and have not gotten a response. I submitted a claim on 12/18/25 with the BBB and they sent over the complaint to the company and have also not received any response. Today I made another attempt to call customer service and the message on the phone is that they are not taking any calls due to the high volume - what??!! That's crazy! You can't just ignore the long list of complaints and issues that you are having. I just want my order cancelled and my money refunded. I will never buy from this company again and I encourage others to think twice before buying.

Cancelled subscription out of frustration

I had an active subscription. It ships out on the 15th of each month. My card was charged but after 12 days no email or tracking and when i contact customer support it is non existent. even their chat bot is unable to assist. I cancelled my subscription and now die to no active customer support have to go through my credit card company to get a refund. After researching online I see there were major internal management changes in 2025 which include losing their Chief technology officer. So no surprise this company has gone to shit. I also notice they sell at Walmart now so they may be willing to screw over their subscribers to move into a more retail oriented business model. Good luck. Bones and Blackout coffee offer
much better subscription experiences.

Here’s the BS form letter…

Here’s the bullshit form letter response from the CEO saying there’s no excuse after he recited a litany of excuses.
I ordered $200 worth of coffee and gifts for Christmas on December 2nd. Now 2 days before Christmas it hasn’t shipped and nobody will answer the phone.
Hey John,

I wanted to share an update on a serious issue we’ve encountered with our new fulfillment center. With Christmas just 3 days away, this is the worst possible time to be learning hard lessons, but that’s where we are.

We made the move to a new fulfillment center to improve speed, reliability, and costs for our customers. Unfortunately, they haven’t delivered, and the customer experience has suffered. That’s on us. No excuses.

Here’s what we’re doing immediately:
BRCC employees are onsite to support their team and accelerate fulfillment.
Shipping costs are on us, and we’re upgrading shipping wherever possible.
We've added internal resources to our customer service team to accelerate response time.
Your order number is on our list and our team will prioritize and ship it out as quickly as possible. We let people down. Now we need to own it and fix it.

Extremely Poor Organization

I have been a club member for four years. Over the last three months customer service and deliveries have gone stagnant. I placed a club order on 11/23/25. I have talked to customer service twice surprisingly getting through a 52 spot in line to talk to an operator if you’re lucky to even get that message. Several emails with very little reply to nothing back and here we are today 12/20/2025 and my status is still in process. I have a friend who has been a Club remember longer than I somehow he placed the order one week ago and already has confirmation on his order being shipped out. WTF I look at all of these other reviews and it’s funny Black Rifle Coffee sends they’re basic response out to every single one and you know they have done absolutely nothing for any of these other people and there are a lot of people. I can order my coffee from Amazon and have it shipped to me within three days. Being a club member doesn’t pay you can keep your points. Very frustrating and disappointing on what has happened. If the whole problem is due to a move then the team who prepared for the flawless changeover should all be fired because they not only failed internally. They are failing publicly. Huge disappointment BRCC. They have a great sale of 40% off becoming a club member why bother taking advantage of it if I’m not going to receive my coffee.

Ship my product or refund my money!

Ordered coffee and tshirt on 11-26-25 and was charged for both. Coffee arrived, tshirt didn’t. Tracking for tshirt shows a shipping label created on 12-2-25 and then no update. Have tried multiple times to contact customer service through 2 different email addresses listed, the chat system and phone number (which just says you are not taking calls). Unbelievably fraudulent practice! Just called my credit card company to have them open a claim.

I ordered Dec 3rd

I ordered Dec 3rd, December 6th I get an email stating it's going to take longer bc of them moving warehouses, I emailed and asked for an estimated time frame, no response. Its now December 19th and I still have not heard back, I tried to call them 2 days in a row. Today the 19th I was told I could leave a number for them to call back as I was #27 in line, so I did. 1:44pm I still have not call back, I call again and now they are not accepting calls. It seems very very sketchy, I tried to chat and it leads to nowhere or to call the number that dont pick up. I am a veteran and to claim they are for the military I call bs, the military has honesty and integrity and this is definitely not that. I have no clue if ill get my order but I promise I will never order again, and ill be leaving a negative review on every platform that I can go get word out of how shady this company is. And not 1 person will get a positive word from me about this company.

Order delayed for WEEKS

I really hate that I have to leave a bad review, but my recent experience has been horrendous. I have been a fan of BRC since 2018 and they have been great. But unfortunately, lately they’ve gone so far downhill that it wipes out any of the good experiences I’ve had with them in the past. I placed an order on 11/26 and it hadn’t shipped so I reached out to customer service via email, their website, phone, and Facebook messenger. I was unable to get a hold of anyone. I finally left a complaint with the BBB and someone FINALLY got back to me. They explained the issue was because (1) of the (3) items I ordered was out of stock so they delayed the ENTIRE order awaiting the (1) item to come in. I requested they replace the out of stock item, which they did. The replacement item was placed under a different order, which shows as shipped already. However, the original order from 3+ weeks ago is still not shipped and they don’t have the slightest clue as to when it will ship. I ordered it for an event this weekend. Figured almost 4 weeks would be plenty of time, but apparently not. Unbelievable.

Worst customer service and Zero response

My order was placed and paid extra to have it expedited, yet weeks later the product has still not shipped. Despite multiple attempts to obtain an update, I have received no communication or accountability. Taking customers’ money without timely fulfillment or clear explanations is unacceptable and reflects poorly on your brand.

Customers should not have to chase down information about orders they have already paid for. I called well over a dozen times and no answer. Sending an email out after I should have already received my package only to state they transitioning to a new warehouse is absolutely asinine and poor business practice during the holiday.

Black Rifle Coffee Company markets itself as a premium, values-driven brand. Unfortunately, this experience has not reflected those values. Reliable service and follow-through are just as important as product quality, and right now, that standard is not being met.

I have had a coffee subscription and…

I have had a coffee subscription and been a HUGE fan, supporter, coffee and lover of BRCC, Evan, Matt, and the rest of the team since since January 2018. Over the past 2-3 years I have seen not only customer support decline but many of my favorite blends no longer available along with fewer selections included in in the basic Coffee subscription. I have also seen more issues with shipment times increasing and in fact my last order, BRC-27200991, that was placed on 12/3 (which was an early Christmas gift) still not shipped due to "warehouse move". If I had known there was a 2wk plus delay in shipping I would not have ordered. Long story short I am at the point of dropping my subscriptions and moving to another veteran owned coffee supplier. I do hope you return to your previous service and selections but I am ready to move on.

Ordered online. Never received status. Tried to call several times but was on hold for over an hour. Wrote 4 emails to customer service but no response. Can’t get through. They charged my card immediately but no items yet or response. Horrible customer service.

Chrged but no products delivered, no response from company

I placed an online order - was charged on my CC - the products never came - I called and emailed at least 5 times each - no response at all - nothing. I wanted to support a veteran run company but this feels like a scam.
So after the qabove review - I got a generic response from BRCC - they said they just saw that they are prepping my order - which was placed 6 weeks ago -but cant say when it will arrive - This is total BS - this company needs to be pursued for criminal business practices

If I could do a negative rating I…

If I could do a negative rating I would. I ordered this on 12/4/25 and have called and sent messages and no one will answer. The email have come back with a generic "we will notify you when it ships". On 12/15/25 I called multiple times and was hung up on, at one point I was placed in the queue as # 32, about 7 minutes later said I was number 27, then not 2 minutes later I was number 32 again. This is not the first time I have had issues. I did support BRCC as a veteran and I like the coffee but if this is the customer service I get then tell me why I should support and organization that clearly could carless about its customers.

I placed an order two weeks ago and…

New UPDATE: They reached out to me and explained the situation and got my stuff out asap. I appreciate the reach out. That was all I needed was to confirm someone would assist. Thanks.

Old: I placed an order two weeks ago and after was informed by an automated email shipping would take and extra 7-10 days. I have tried chat, emailed about 8 times, tried to call and the line basically says we are busy and hangs up on you. I just wanted to see if my order would be here by Christmas or not and cancel if not. No response to anything. Awful customer service.

No Coffee, No Communication

I placed an order Nov 22,2025 for coffee and apparel. AFTER I placed the order, I was informed of the “delay due to warehouse move” of up to 10 days. After 4 emails, with no response, no chat working, phone lines downed; I’m left with CRICKETS !! BUT, they have received my money. There is absolutely NO available communication. I can’t even cancel the dang order, that I will most likely never receive for Christmas giving, or even at all ! I’m calling my credit card this coming week to reverse the payment. I have the “receipts” of no email responses. The vets that I know, love, and support would never be this inept or demonstrate such unethical business practice. Shameful !

Update: I did contact my bank/credit card and filed a dispute claim. Several days later, I received the notification that my order was shipped and was given a valid FedEx tracking number. Received my complete order, totally accurate, several days later on Dec 22. Coincidence ?! Sadly, without a full explanation and accountability for the ineptitude in fulfilling customer orders, I will not be ordering from BRCC again. I think they possibly grew too quickly and were not adequately prepared to handle the volume of their success. Now, they have lost credibility and support. They need a SHARK !!

HORRIBLE customer service!!

HORRIBLE customer service!!
I ordered $80+ worth of coffee on Nov 8. It is now Dec 11 and I haven't received the coffee or any company follow-up from the numerous times I tried to contact them. They did, of course, charge my credit card immediately on Nov 8th.

I disputed the charge with my credit card company, who also tried to contact the company and they haven't heard anything from Black Rifle Coffee either.

HORRIBLE customer service!!

Previous happy customer but now they have lost me as a customer

Previous happy customer. What happened to BRC? I won’t ever shop from them again. I ordered 6 bags of coffee on 11/28. BRC sent me one bag. Did not send the other five. No email updates. No response to chat or texting. No response to emails. Wait time over 40 minutes to speak with a human. Yet, they fully charged my credit card for coffee they never shipped. Next call will be to my bank to dispute charge. I won’t ever buy from them again!!

I received my order and was shorted 1…

I received my order and was shorted 1 bag of coffee. The packing list shows 2 bags and only 1 actually was shipped. I have tried calling twice and it tells me call volume is high to try again later. I also tried emailing the customer service address that was provided in the packing list and I get a mail delivery failure notification. Chatbot was no help at all.
