Black Rifle Coffee: Caveat Emptor

Caveat Emptor! They sent me the wrong coffee twice. Your customer service is nonexistent. You do not respond to email, your chat is a hoax, and you do not return calls. I have bags of ground coffee that I have no way to use. My order on YOUR website says I ordered whole beans. WORTHLESS.

They used to be really good

They used to be really good, but for the past 4 months, my orders keep getting cancelled, or not shipped. Their phone number works SOMETIMES.. and I have sent at least 10 emails asking to speak to someone, and have had zero response. Great coffee, but the worst customer service imaginable. Lately they've been shipping via DHL for whatever reason, and shipments take over a month to deliver.

I predict this company will soon go out…

I predict this company will soon go out of business. I ordered from them in the past and it was fine, but on my most recent order, they didn’t deliver four units of coffee that I had ordered and yet charged me. I have since contacted them via email- if they do not respond within a month with either a refund or shipping me the additional contents of my order, I will be reporting them by filing a complaint with a Better Business Bureau and contesting the charge of my card. Judging from all the other negative experiences I’m reading about here: I don’t think this company’s gonna stay in business for very much longer.

Customer Service is non-existent

I understand that they are having problems due moving to a new warehouse. I have been very patient. I even received a boilerplate email from the owner expressing apologies, etc. When I finally received the order, it was incomplete. I have sent numerous emails. A phone call to their customer support goes directly to a recorded message stating that "their support team is involved in high volume issues..." and disconnects. The chatbot is useless. So if anyone from BRCC is reading this... WTAF is going on????

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. Got my order 60 days after my initial order, and they only shipped 3/4 bags I purchased. Probably the worst customer service company I have dealt with. Got a cool "automated email" apologizing from their CEO though!

Disastrous experience Christmas 2025

Disastrous experience over Christmas 2025. They should be ashamed of themselves for taking orders knowing good and well they were not able to fulfill the order in time. I have tried to cancel my order, talk to an actual person but surprise surprise...you can't get through to anyone. After I sent them an email stating I would be disputing the charge on my CC, I magically got an email the next day that said my order had shipped. This was 40 plus days since the day I ordered it for Christmas which is long gone. I would never recommend anyone ordering from them and I certainly won't order from them again either.

Ordered christmas gifts on Nov 27th and…

Ordered christmas gifts on Nov 27th and have yet to receive product.
Emailing, chat and phone with no real person to reach or respond.
Company has taken my money but no way to reach an actual person for an update on my order.
I have ordered in the past and will NEVER ORDER AGAIN!!! The worst customer service I have ever experienced!!

They shipped me the wrong coffee. Been trying to contact them since 30 December 2025. Phone, email and their website Chat-all dark. Totally ignoring customers-it’s like they want their company to be the worst in Customer Service

Coffee was so good I'll give them one more chance on the slow shipping

I either didn't see the notice that the company was moving or I didn't get a notice and my first order was SO SLOW I seriously wondered if my card was scammed, but once I got my order I must say this is THE BEST coffee I have ground and made! I really hope they get moved because if this happens on a future order I discovered local coffee supplier that supports local sex trafficked women and their coffee is excellent also.

Never recieved order cant talk to…

Never recieved order cant talk to anyone line. Chatbot is useless. Custmer service does not return emails. I cancelled my subscriptionand will take my coffee needs else where. They are still using moving to a new warehouse I dont buy it.

Where is my order?

I placed an order on Dec 2, 2025. I was told shipping would be delayed for 7 to 10 business days due to warehouse moving. It is now Jan 8, 2026 and I have not received my coffee. I can't get anyone on the phone. Their chat bot is a waste of time and their email seems to not be monitored. I will NEVER purchase another of their products. I apparently threw away money and am still missing what was supposed to be a Christmas gift.

Would give 0 stars if I could

Would give 0 stars if I could. I ordered almost $300 worth of coffee for the holidays. Ordered it all December 12th. Got an email that one item had been shipped out. Great. Now where is the rest of my 8 items I ordered? Now my order on their site only shows the one item that shipped to me and that it’s been fulfilled but the total is still $292. Guess I paid that much for one 22 ct box of coffee pods. Their customer service is basically non existent. I’ve tried their chat, emailed them, called them and even messaged on Facebook with 0 responses and literally no way to talk to a live person. I’ve been a customer for a long while and now I’m seriously considering changing companies completely. Thankfully there’s TONS of coffee companies out there and I’m sure their customer service is much better than what I’ve gotten from BRCC.

Same as everyone else is saying: got charged immediately but shipment MIA a month later. Customer service simply ignores every email and chat bot is trash. Orders had been getting slower for a while, but now just apparently have given up. Contacted one of their retail stores today and they said they’ve been blown up with irate customers wondering what has happened. Customer phone support has been shut down. Subscriber for several years but no longer. Love the coffee but company has gone fully in toilet. I assume they’re just tanking and going out of business soon.

Ordered Dec 4th for Christmas for my…

Ordered Dec 4th for Christmas for my soilder that was coming home. Here it is Jan 5th and nothing 5 emails 3 phone calls and 2 CS requests on the app NOTHING! Now my Soilder is back on deployment and left empty handed for Christmas 😡 absolutely horrible. I was the very first customer at all 3 Grand openings in my area and Thought Being Military they would have higher standards guess not.

I think they've given up

I guess my experience isn't as bad as some others. I did recieve half of my order 6 weeks later.
I have ordered coffee from them in the past as I experiment with different brands but this time around, with the huge delay and an incomplete order I will not be ordering from them again. I am doubtful I will ever see the other half of my order or a refund for it.
I like the concept of an American company doing their thing but you have to meet us half way and deliver. Some delays are acceptable especially around Christmas but ordering on Nov 14th and taking reciept of a partial order on Dec. 30th with no real explanation just doesnt cut it. It is kind of obvious they are throwing in the towel and quitting.

Worst Company to Buy coffee from

I ordered my coffee back in Mid November of 2025. Got one of my 7 coffees I’ve ordered. I’ve tried contacting call emailing two different emails using their chatbot and absolutely nothing. Then I got an email about a month later with an apology and what was going on. Okay cool. That was like towards Christmas time on December. Saying that my order was one of the ones that going to be shipped out as soon as possible. Jan 4th got my order, so I thought. Got another part of my order STILL NOT MY FULL ORDER. I’ve reached on a week days during their hours for an update. No one still answers. I’m beyond disappointed. I will reach out tomorrow during their business times again. But this is truly frustrating. I understood the delays. I gave them the benefit of a doubt but I ended up ordering from Bones Coffee and I was able to get my order in even before Christmas. At this point I just want my money back. They can have their coffee back.

Completely disappointed with Black…

Completely disappointed with Black Rifle Company. I can not get any response from them now. It has been over a month my order was placed. They were quick to charge my card and take my money but still no product or refund. So sad this company has gone to hell

Order not received

Placed an order on 12/1 and was charged for order same day. Here we are, more than 30 days later and I have nothing. I’ve tried contacting them any way possible to no avail. Will never order or buy anything from them again, including coffee. Very disappointed in this veteran owned business.
