Took my money, sent a receipt but not the coffee over a month ago. No customer service to talk to, or email to fix
I’ve bee a customer for over a decades. Placed an order over a month ago. According to my BRCC account says it was shipped January 5th 2026 however according to the shipping company (fed Ex) it was never recieved. I attempted to call BRCC customer service number over 8 times in the past 2 weeks and have got their recorded response saying their too busy to help
Because of moving their warehouse. I tried emailing their customer care and have never heard back over the past 4 weeks. I’m curious if they actually have a staff anymore. I paid over a month ago, attempted multiple ways to communicate and have recieved nothing back

I have been a customer since 2019 and January 2026 order was not complete. I have tried calling, emailing and using the bot to get this corrected, but there has been no response. Very Poor business and customer service. Canceling my subscription and going elsewhere.

This POS company is still spam emailing me. 6 months after cancelling the delivery service. I keep hitting the unsubscribe button, I tell them off, and yet they keep emailing. Seriously Black Rifle, piss off.
We have been with Black Rifle Coffee for years cause my wife is an Army veteran and like supporting veteran companies. This was good when they were a small business and actually cared about their customers. We get 5 bags a coffee a month from these jokers. Have been for seems like at least 5 years. This company has gotten so big so quickly, that not only do they not care about their customer but they don't even ship coffee. The most recent excuse is "they are moving to a different warehouse". That's not MY problem, that's YOUR problem. If you can't do business as usual while moving, close while you move.
BRCC is more concerned with image and getting new customers than keeping the ones they have.
The coffee that used to be great, is now average at best.
The "rewards" program is a f'n joke. It's purposely designed to be confusing to use.
My coffee shipment NEVER gets there on time. Lets talk about THAT for a second.
When BRCC first started, everything came UPS.
Then they switched to using USPS, thumbs down.
Now they use DHL via USPS which is a double thumbs down.
My most recent order never showed up. It's so late that they are about to bill me for the next order but I haven't gotten this order. I had to go to F'n Sam's club and buy some Dunkin Coffee just to get by while I'm waiting on my BRCC coffee.
That was the next to the last straw. When I realized I had to go buy different coffee while waiting on the coffee that was supposed to show up 3 f'n weeks ago. Yeah I'll just get a subscription with someone who doesn't steal from me.
Then the last straw you ask ? AI customer service.
Nope, stick your AI where the sun don't shine. Just another bunch of thieving dirt bag republicans.
Delivery of incomplete order & no resolution by BRC
Delivery of incomplete order but charged for full order. Could not reach any live customer service agent. Automated chat is useless and no email address provided to allow sending a complaint regarding an incomplete order. Worst customer service ever!

I placed 5 orders since September 2025. Every order was missing customs commercial invoice and then sent back to the sender. ALL 5 TIMES they argued over email (as no one can speak to a human rep anymore) that my order had been delivered to me when it never even entered my country! Why can't literally anyone get ahold of anyone at customer service? I haven't received ONE ITEM from my 5 separate orders. Ive I never made a case it would just be stolen money at that point. Fraudulent company..
BRCC is circling the drain
BRCC is circling the drain. They used to be awesome and then they went public. Now you have Big Corporate that is not beholden to the little customer, but to the big investors and shareholders. It's a tale as old as time. Great people, make a great product, then they see dollar signs and sell out to the borg. Don't expect anyone to ever call you back or respond to an email. They don't care about you....not anymore.
Poor Customer Service
We have had a BRCC subscription for over a year now. The last two months we have not received our full order yet the company had charged our account the full amount of the order. Like everyone else, it is impossible to get in touch with anyone, and the chat bot is worthless. Every time we call the number, it disconnects. We have left our email numerous times only to have no response. We have tried calling their shops but unfortunately they have nothing to do with the overall company, they just sell their product. So sad to see a Veteran owned company treat their customers so poorly. We have cancelled all of our subscriptions and will not go back if this is how they treat customers.
Toss them like a used K-Cup
Well, the litany of negative reviews pretty much mirrors my recent (and last) experience with BRCC. They used to be a customer-centric company with great coffee and now, I think they're distracted by the allure of retail energy drinks (like we need more of those) because customers have fallen off their list of priorities. My club orders were fine for the two or three years I subscribed until the last one showed up missing two bags. I called their number and the old "high volume" excuse followed by a polite *click* became the norm. The website lamented delays due to a warehouse change which incidentally has been going on for MONTHS and any ticket opened through the site's BOT delivered a ticket number and ZERO response. A company founded by people who understand effective communication and it's importance are suddenly white-knuckling the business equivalent of radio silence and that is louder than any reply they can proffer right now. I charged my card back and moved on, which is sad because the coffee is awesome, but service is critical to product and I think someone may have bumped their head and forgot about that. I went ahead and dropped this on a few news outlets to see if they'd check out what the problem was, but I won't hold my breath. If you're a subscriber and have had some issues as well, I'd advise you to pop smoke because whoever is running that circus is setting the tent on fire with your money.
Worst customer service ever
I have dealt with BRCC before but lately their service is absolutely atrocious by which I mean non existent I ordered a Tacti Squatch shirt and several days later received a tacticalc**k shirt ( I already have one) I have been trying to g to return or exchange for a month now no answer to phone calls (computer answering with a crazy amount of options with a standard. We are unable to answer due to overwhelming numbers of calls, which is standard for every company since Covid. Their Robo chat doesn’t understand anything you say and refers you to something totally different. Their website says they’re not accepting exchanges or returns they make a mistake and I can’t get it made right I’ve heard a lot of negative about them lately and I now believe every bit of it absolutely atrocious service. They don’t stand by their products or anything.

Used to be great now they suck
Used to be great so I got a subscription and no issues until late 2025. Ordered 2 bags outside of my subscription and nothing. No answer from their customer service, nothing. Had to IM them on FB just to get a response from a social media employee who said he forwarded my concern to their customer service. A few weeks later I finally got my coffee. Then my next subscription bag, which always was ground coffee, showed up as whole beans. WTF? Yeah I’m a vet and like supporting vet-owned companies but this is crap. No customer service at all. Switching warehouses? Sounds like a you problem, not a me problem. Should be transparent to customers. Cancelled my subscription and will find coffee elsewhere.

Active subscription since 2021, canceled two of the three. If my open item from December 31st isn’t even acknowledge by 2/15 will cancel the final subscription i have.

Last two orders have been a disaster after years of great service. The order in November took 3 weeks to arrive. The last order from January 1st arrived incorrect (wrong product). No one answers the phone number posted on the website. The chatbot never has a live agent, and no one responds to the email requests. Hoping I will at least get refunded my $115 for the last order that was wrong. Who knows at this point.
No customer service. Continues to charge account despite shipping no product
Have maintained a coffee subscription with BRCC for a year. As everyone else has said I am completely unable to get ahold of any customer service. The most egregious part is they will continue to charge your card for the subscription while not delivering any product. If you have a subscription I recommend you check that as well. I haven't received product since November so it comes across is extremely unethical to continue to charge me. I won't be back
We've subscribed scribed for years cuz it's good.
The coffee is great and I've been a subscriber for many years. There are other good coffees, but we have stuck with BRCC because they are the best and they do so much good for our veteran community. Frankly it's sad to read so many bad reviews based on a few delays in shipping or the false stories. Do you remember what service was like? The only easy day was yesterday. Thanks BRCC.
Completely shameful behavior
The same issues as EVERYONE else experienced. Order confirmed on 11/19/25. It arrived on 12/19/25, too late for our yankee swap. Now I am bummed that I refused my shipment and returned it to sender unopened, I could have tried their coffee! But, at least I'm out only $43.00. Their behavior is completely SHAMEFUL, given their boast of being veteran owned. Very sad. Heidi C
Black Rifle Coffee Has Turned into a Sh*t Show!
I was a subscriber for over 4 years. Over the last several months, their service has collapsed. After several incorrect subscription orders and repeated failures to rectify, I asked for a refund. I asked for $100 For multiple incorrect orders and a bit extra for my time and frustration. Their response was to refund my last order. I have filed a BBB formal complaint and am putting them on blast as many places as I can find!

No contact, ignoring cancellation requests
This is my third review. I wish I could give them zero stars, I ordered Dec 31st and after finding out they were going to delay my order due to “warehouse” move again, I decided to cancel my order Jan 9th. Tried multiple chats with the chatbot(you can’t reach a real person by the way), it opened a ticket but I never heard back. Jan 12th I emailed their “Customer service” and opened another ticket to cancel my order and they never got back to me about that either.
Nearly a $300 charge and absolutely no response to several customer attempts to cancel an order. Now Jan 20th they send me an email saying that the coffee has shipped! I don’t want the coffee, I’ve already gone elsewhere. All I want is a refund and I can’t seem to get anyone to respond to me. BRC-27389329
Editing to add that I just “received the order” and it’s missing a 22 ct box spirit of 76. I’ve already submitted a claim with my CC company because black rifles chat never has a real person available.
Worst experience
Worst experience. They let me purchase a bunch of coffee that I never received around the holidays. It was impossible to get ahold of anyone and every "ticket" that their system created went to no one. You couldn't call, no one was available to chat, no email responses. It was over a month before they reached back out to me with my tickets which was well past the holidays which is what they were purchased for. I purchased 11/28 and couldn't get ahold of anyone from 12/7-12/26 and then I stopped trying. Really bad way to handle the situation.
