I have just been into my local Blacks in Brighton to get some expert advice. Henry was really helpful and very knowledgeable. Great customer service.

I had a fantastic experience at Blacks. My son was unsure about which shoes to buy for camping, and Harry, the manager, was incredibly helpful. He provided knowledgeable advice and took the time to ensure we chose the right pair. Harry was so kind, supportive, and professional throughout our visit. Thanks to his assistance, my son is really happy with his new shoes, and I’ll definitely be coming back to this store. Highly recommended!

Excellent, cheerful and attentive service from Eloise this morning. My first visit to a Blacks for five years after a poor experience at a different branch but it now looks as though I'm back to Blacks.

Firstly at Blacks served by Ben, He went above and beyond to make sure we got the exact merchandise that we needed.
Secondly at your other store North Road. Henry was extremely helpful and made our purchase very satisfying

Visited the store on Saturday morning to look at ruck sacks. Henry was excellent. Both knowledgeable and professional, he listened & guided to a ruck sack that fitted well with many features & good quality. The price was competitive & so the Osprey ruck sack was purchased in store. Thanks Henry.

When buying ankle boots for an upcoming hiking holiday Mike was really helpful and knowledgeable. He listened to what I wanted and made recommendations which were well informed. He took the time to make sure the boots I tried on fitted and provided lots of tips on how to wear them based on different terrains and how to look after them. I would highly recommend going to him for advice!

Harry was amazing! His knowledge is priceless, my Son was in need of some new walking boots, Harry took the time to understand his needs and gave great advice not just on the boots but recommended many other items for his trip we haven’t even thought about.

Joel seems to be an encyclopedia of boots, teaching me everything from the materials used, how to tie laces,how to care for shoes and even about socks! He was incredibly patient, encouraged me to try on multiple pairs and many sizes. All in all it was more like an enjoyable boot exhibit than a visit to a shop. I left with an amazing pair of boots at a discounted price.
