I was served by Neil, who was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I was looking for a particular type of walking boot and Neil talked me through my options. He found the perfect pair.

The sign outside said Closing down 30% off everything.
In reality the reduction was less than half that. So not a very trustworthy place

I went in to get some new shoes today, found what I wanted and Charlie helped me with a few questions I had, he was very attentive, helpful, professional and most importantly, for me, he was a real person not just a bot/npc. He did me a solid and hooked me up with a 15% discount, a nice touch and very much appreciated.

Excellent service as always in the Bury St Edmund’s store. Charlie is a switched on cookie 🤠

As always, helpful and couldn’t have done more. I was served by Charlie, he made sure my boots fitted and looked for others too, also took the box to the till for me which is downstairs! Such a shame that Blacks is closing down!!

I cannot fault the customer service given by Joe and Issac in this store. They always go above and beyond to help. I wish more stores had staff this helpful and positive. Hold on to these two they are an asset to the company.

I saw, online, a pair of sturdy walking shoes that I wanted so I called my nearest branch of Blacks to find out if they had them in stock. I spoke to Jamie and he reserved sizes 8 and 9 for me. I visited the store later in the day and the shoes were ready for me to try on. Hollie served me and was very helpful. Blacks matched the excellent online price. Thanks to the staff for all their help.

I find it difficult to find comfy shoes : walking boots and tray I found some Meindl that seem a good fit.

Came in today to buy my mum a coat and noticed the really good deals on coats, Was served by hollie and jamie and helped me pick the colour and put it through the till for me.

Came into store a bought a lovely fleece of the clearance rail at a great price, I asked Hollie if it looked nice and she was more than happy to help, I was served at the till by Jamie who was very chatty, helpful and kind.

Hollie was absolutely fantastic in Bury St Edmunds, great service while they run a closing down sale, and she was still positive 👍
