I witnessed three Men in balaclavas stealing designer clothing by snapping the plastic hangers making any electronic security hopeless... with only 2 young women as staff running shop. We all just had to stand by and let it happen. They said it happens weekly. They were clearly shaken, as I was. I urged them to complain to their managers. Blacks.....you need to safeguard your shop workers...place security guards at the front. Make sure that a male worker is always present and at the front. The three Men I saw looked as if they were literally running a business there! I informed staff at Sports Direct to also complain on their behalf. Do something.

We just received the most helpful and unbiased advice from David at the Cardiff Bay branch.
Looking for a tent he took us through the options and factors to consider, even suggesting we seek independent reviews from YouTube. There was no pressure.
The support was appreciated and what do you know, we bought a tent!

Came in yesterday for a tent and was served by two lovely girls who were restocking the tents at the time, they gave great info about the tent I wanted and were also very professional and friendly. Rebecca and Hannah are a asset to the store, Great customer service :)

Needed a new pair of sandals for the summer so decided to pop into Blacks. I was helped by Rebecca who showed me a pair of Merrells. They were exactly what I needed! Excellent recommendation.

I visited the Cardiff bay store where I was greeted by a female I think her name was sophie , she was nice at first help me to look at some trainers to fit my needs, she was then stood around flirting with a male with black hair very unprofessional! When I asked for further help regarding a jacket she got very agitated as she had to stop flirting with the male to serve myself. The male didn’t quite catch his name but she was very rude when the male had to serve me as I got in the way of their intimacy

The customer service given by the guy in there was great, it help us chose 2 kit bags for DofE this summer. We only went in to have a look. But would definitely recommend to others.

Excellent service when I popped into Blacks yesterday. I was greeted by a friendly man on the door. When I was looking at the rucksacks I was asked if I needed any help by a young man called Dylan. He was excellent in advising me what sort of days sack I needed for my upcoming holiday! Thanks for the friendly and great service! Will definitely be back.

We visited the Cardiff Bay Blacks this afternoon and were assisted by David there. He was really helpful, finding the correct walking shoes to suit my requirements and he knew a lot about the brands. I lso purchased a windproof, waterproof Rab jacket. Again, good advice and David was kind enought to advise us if we were eligible for any discounts or price match offers. Very grateful David. Thank you so much.

The store was well laid out, easy to find things. Women's wear on one side, men's on the other. Really easy.

Had an issue with my delivery having given the wrong postcode. Went back into store to sort this out with an exchange, Rebecca dealt with this, very patient and helpful. Made sure all details inputted were correct to make sure this doesnt happen again which I appreciated.Excellent customer service, will definitely use blacks cardiff again.

A well laid out store stocked with a good variety of clothing and equipment for the available floor space. Friendly and welcoming staff. Rebecca was the store assistant that helped me with my purchase. She made the process of finding what I was looking for and selecting the right item and size so easy. She’s a credit to your business. 10 out 10 Rebecca.

Went in knowing I needed help and advice for a upcoming adventure but that was about it; other than a recommended kit list!
All of the staff seemed very approachable but I spoke to a lady named Rebecca, I think. She gave me some great advice and product recommendations during my visit.

What a fantastic customer service by this truly exceptional person.

Really great experience today in the Cardiff store. The guy on the door went out of his way to help me find a great pair of gloves that would be good on my bike in cold weather and then the store manager helped me to find a pair of running gloves that were exactly what I was looking for. The level of customer service I received exceeded my expectation and I will certainly be returning for more items. I’d recommend this store 100%. Great service, great quality of items. Perfect.
