Lara was wonderful!
Today we were helped by Lara in Chancery Lane and she was fantastic - what a brilliant service from this lovely helpful and knowledgeable young women. She made our experience so pleasant that we bought three pairs of shoes! Do ask for Lara she was just great!

My recent visit to the Holborn store…
My recent visit to the Holborn store was of somewhat a pleasant experience from start to finish. I was greeted by a colleague of blacks whom I have to say had impeccable manners the young lady was called Karen. Upon my entrance Karen greeted me with a very warm welcome and made me feel comfortable. Her offer of help was greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend this store and shall be returning soon.
