Tas served me for over an hour she was amazing! I loved her service and I could have not asked for better service. I literally made a friend in this store. So honest and helpful. We need this in every store. 10/10 service from her. I will come back always from her. Spent a lot of money and have no regrets. Only downside is downstairs it was too dark and I could not see the colour of the shoes or the fit. So appalling I had to come all the way upstairs where I met Tas who helped me and made my experience a lot better in the store. And I am now leaving satisfied. She deserves all the praise and recognition because she was the best staff.

Sharia our sales assistant was phenomenal! Incredibly patient, helpful and knowledgeable. Got all my essentials for our upcoming camping trip. Give that man a raise and promotion immediately!!!

Great selection, great prices.
Wide selection of clothing available from many brands.
Happy to help and provided tips when buying hiking shoes, although men’s and women’s sale shoes were mixed together and slightly confusing
Extensive sale across many products although found some price discrepancies between in-store and online, which they were happy to price match against.
Their price match policy + 10% further off, versus competitors provided even greater value.

Tas gave great service . Was friendly and helpful . She was thoughtful . And she didn’t mind going near my horrible feet , this made what I usually find a horrible experience a really good experience !

I am in awe from the service I received from Tas. She was an amazing sales person. Definitely made me feel a lot better helping me find items for my last minute weekend trip.

Fantastic service from Tas. Came in store for some walking boots and Tas gave me excellent service and was very knowledgable. I will be back next week to purchase a waterproof jacket. Made my experience a whole lot comfortable and easy thank you!

Rude and incredibly unhelpful staff. I was the only customer in the store and they completely ignored me because they were too busy acting in a very unprofessional way - shouting up and down the stairs, flirting with each other and ignoring the phone at the till that was ringing. I will go to Decathlon and other stores instead.
