William was very helpful and polite. Allowed time to choose product without pushing to make a quick sale. A good example of how shop sales staff ought to be.

Always great to deal with whenever I deliver to the Lincoln branch. The staff are always welcoming and happy to see people. They're a credit to the company.

I had recently purchased an inflatable camping mattress however it had a puncture and kept deflating. I called Blacks and spoke with Alex who was very helpful and guided me to come in to store and he will replace the item. When i got to store Alex remembered our phonemail and directed me to Sam who dealt with my problematic mattress! They both were friendly and sorted my issue with no resistance just helpfulness! Thank you!

I always have a pleasant shopping experience when I go to Blacks in Lincoln. From the smiling person who greets you at the door to the helpful assistant. I came in looking for new trainers similar to the ones I was wearing, which have been excellent. The assistant asked my size and remembered that there was a pair in the sale. So I came away very happy with some great shoes for less than half price. Thank you.

Visited the store on Saturday 11th March in search of a lightweight fleece, I was politely greeted by a member of staff when I entered the store and was further assisted by another member of staff named Charlotte when I required some advice on which fleece would be best suited for myself. Overall I am pleased with my experience.😀👍

My wife and I visited the Lincoln branch of Blacks where we received excellent service from Natalia. She assisted my wife in choosing replacement outdoor clothing and despite several changes of items she remained polite, enthusiastic and attentive throughout. From a personal point of view, I enjoyed her company immensely. This young lady was open to good natured ribbing and gave as good as she got. She is a credit to the company.

Alex at Lincoln branch was very helpful in fitting my husband and myself with snow trax for our boots on our impending holiday to Norway. Took time to fit and make sure we had the correct sizes.

Visited Lincoln Branch in search of walking boots providing adequate width. It was good to be able to try on several pairs provided by the sales assistant - together with some honest advice.
A pleasant contrast to some other outdoor chains and on-line shopping.

I visited the store to buy my partner some walking boots. I was greeted by 3 members of staff over the course of my visit, and they were all brilliant. Very helpful and I managed to get some boots ordered very efficiently with no problems. The store looked great and I will definitely be visiting again.
