Great service from Ann
Great service from Ann, she sold me a pair of walking boots and shoes and was able to explain the variation in quality and which were more waterproof, also helped with sizing. Friendly and professional service. Finally used the shoes last week on a walking holiday and they were great.

Osprey Rucksack Purchase-great help from Jack
Jack was incredibly helpful when we went into Blacks Newbury look at rucksacks and daypacks for an extended trip and recommended suitable ones which he then fitted to ensure were going to be comfortable before we bought them and gave tips for use.Very happy with our purchases and looking forward to using them.

Very friendly and helpful
As I entered the shop, I was greeted warmly by the staff. Jack assisted me in selecting the right walking shoes by providing helpful information and suggestions. He also offered some great deals on products, but he didn't pressure me to make a purchase. Overall, my experience was very pleasant.
