Superb Customer Service
I have purchased items from this Blacks in the past and the customer service has been excellent. I wasn't aware that Blacks was a UPS Access Point so on this occasion I dropped off a package. Both staff members were very helpful and Josh at the register went the extra mile to assist me with superb customer service.
Highly recommend Blacks not only for shopping but for their drop off access point as well.

Walking boot Buying
Looking for a pair of walking boots, but undecided which style/brand to buy. Lee, the customer assistant was extremely helpful with his advice, without being pushy and was quite happy to bring several styles in various sizes till I had the correct boot/size combination.

Purchase of 'Scarpa' walking boots...
Returned to Blacks 20 years after buying my Berghaus walking boots, now worn out. Josh was very helpful with relevant information about some important differences between the various options. Trying them on was the decider and I am extremely happy with this purchase.

Josh was knowledgeable, helpful, patient, cheerful and friendly. He quickly identified the product that would be best for me, (ski gloves), and asked if I belonged to particular clubs/societies to which Black's offer discount.
