Great service when buying new boots!
Looking for a new pair of walking boots, I returned to Blacks after a great experience when buying my last ones. I was served by Dan, who was very helpful and not at all pushy. He helped establish what I was looking for and was happy to retrieve and let me try on a range of boots. The whole process was easy, friendly and professional and I came away with a brand new pair of walking boots.

Fantastic advice on hiking boots Molly.
Molly was absolutely fantastic at helping find the right pair of hiking boots. Her knowledge of the different brands was superb and she gave excellent advice on choosing a boot to best suit an individual foot shape. Her guidance on lacing patterns was also hugely helpful. There was no pressure to buy, only patient and thoughtful assistance. I will also be writing to Head Office to let them know how incredibly helpful Molly was after a very lengthy search for the right boots!
