I went to buy some trekking sandals…
I went in to get some trekking sandals I'd seen a few weeks ago, and they were on sale (£10 off yay!), I asked the assistant if I could try them on, she was back from the stock room with my size in about 30 seconds. The assistant - Madeline - was efficient and helpful and checked I was happy with the fit. I was so I bought them. I was in and out of the branch in about 5 minutes.

Great shopping experience today at…
Great shopping experience today at Blacks from Lee and Josh. Needed to try different camping chairs, and find a waterproof jacket and gillet for festival camping. I was able to leave my purchases in the shop whilst I drove round and Lee carried out my chairs to the car.

Great product knowledge - very helpful
Dan and Josh were both very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about their footwear products. For someone with dodgy feet, who finds shoe shopping very stressful, this was a very good experience.
