Has so much experience and is very proactive in finding the right work for your skills. He regularly keeps in touch and ensures you are keeping ok in the post.
If I need to speak to him urgently he is available.
He gets in touch with the right people to organise your timesheets when required.
I have been with Blackstone for a while now and have found all my placements enjoyable.

Great agency to work for - very straight forward process to become compliant and online training only which was convenient. Jordan has been very helpful and always sorts out any queries quickly but there is rarely anything as everything runs smoothly - offers good rates of pay too highly recommend

Blackstone is an agency of integrity and professionalism, they are quick to meet your needs and sometimes I wonder why I’ve not been with Blackstones all these years . They treat you as a person and not as a number .

If there is an issue with pay or completing timesheets, Ella always gets this rectified in a timely manner. I am very reassured that if I have a problem, it will get sorted quickly. Absolutely shocking company. The worst recruitment agency I've ever worked with. I was employed on false pretences. It was agreed Blackstone would reimburse me for employers NI (which I pay as a locum). I turned down a role which had made that same offer for the one with Blackstone. Needless to say this offer was not honoured and further more, the actual hourly rate was less than agreed. Sadly the payslips I received made no sense so many weeks passed. As soon as I realised teh deception, I left - not ideal with 6 weeks until Christmas and now even more out of pocket. To top it off their rep, Ella Wratten, lied to my employer about why I left - putting at risk my working reputation. Fellow NHS locums please AVOID at all costs.

Received a cold call from a 'Senior Recruitment Consultant – Permanent' from this company today. At the time of the call I didn't connect that I've already asked this company to remove our details from their systems twice before. During the call I twice had to tell the recruiter politely that we're not interested. He just kept going with his script regardless as if he either wasn't listening or simply wanted to steamroller. I told him a third time more forcefully that we're not interested. He then asked if he could email me with some details. I requested that he didn't. Two hours later, I have received an email from him regardless. Not only does this raise questions about how seriously this company takes their GDPR obligations around marketing and data management, it suggests completely a unresponsive and tone deaf attitude. We are unlikely to use a recruiter in the near future - however if we ever were looking, this company's performance to date means we wouldn't go anywhere near them. Totally unprofessional.
