Exceptional Support and Professionalism from Kirsty Chasmer

I cannot recommend Kirsty Chasmer highly enough! From the very first contact, Kirsty has been an absolute pleasure to work with. This company can only be described as disgusting and scam and I am appalled that they are actually allowed to operate!
Every worker is more shameless than the previous one and I am absolutely stunned at the sheer shamelessness and incredibly poor ethics of how they operate.
I am a senior OT and they have put me in a dangerous situation by me accepting a role and moving across the country with totally different salary and conditions than we discussed! I would miss out on more than £160 per week which equates to more than £1000 of loss in earnings compared to my previous role and my standard banding.
What made is worse when I shockingly brought this up the manager Kirstin and all her staff completely denied doing anything wrong and just throwing absurd justifications which do not match what actually happened nor the figures that I saw in the gross pay!
This company is run by liars and staff with low morale so I will be spreading the word to avoid this agency at all costs!
Ridiculously enough, I have also just received a phone call from their agent Andy saying he is keen to get me back to work with them but laughed when I said there is no way as their company cost me more than £1000 in losses!
Absolute insanity! And I receive this phone call 2 months after already leaving them while nothing was done and nobody even apologised while the whole thing was ongoing!
Company run by greed and slimy lies throughout and no regard for putting people in vulnerable and dangerous situations where they have moved for a role and then have to accept a pay cut of £1000 per month! I am speechless and hope this serves as a warning to any potential candidates who review them before signing up with them.

George, who I dealt with during the process was excellent, kept on top of everything, giving regular updates and was always easy to chat with!

If it were possible to give no stars I would. I am a staff nurse (RMN) and a staff was booked for a Saturday shift and they never turned up. I in turn have been trying to make contact with the phone numbers which are on line. Two telephone numbers are not recognised and the one I managed to get I can only leave a voicemail. This has left my unit shorted staff with all the concerns that being short staffed leave us with.

Blackstones is a well organised and well run company. Emma is my “go-to” in the agency and she is absolutely fantastic! She always try to help where possible and if she can’t straight away, she will ask another department and get back to me. She seems very busy but always finds time for me. She even called to see how I got on at my new post after my first day. I’ve just started with them and cant complain about my experience so far! Thumbs up from me!
