The refund process is TERRIBLE worst I…

The refund process is TERRIBLE worst I have come across so therefore will NEVER order again from them .Customer service is a joke lie after lie

This evidence was shared with you and the customer service team spent a considerable amount of time responding to your emails and telephoning you, as a result of which you proceeding to raise your voice at the members of the team. We ask for 14 working days to process all refunds, so yours was processed well within this time frame. beware the small print - hidden limited refund policy

I am very cross Blaiz have held onto £175 of my money as I did not read their small print re refund policy and so am stuck with a voucher which will be difficult to use given they have relatively little stock. They claim it is clear on their paperwork and site, I have been back to check - what is clear is 15% off for new customers, pay in installments with klarna. Nothing about refunds. And re the paperwork I didn;t even see it with my delivery.

No refund, avoid this company.

I had to return two items as they did not fit, not suit me. After not hearing anything for approximately 10 days I emailed them. They informed me that they had received my return and it would take up to 14 days for the money to be credited back to me. Well, it has now been almost a month and I have not received my refund. I have emailed several times and was last told I would receive it by the end of the day on the 24th. I have not.
I would not recommend this company and I am very disappointed, moreover I will continue to persist in receiving my refund.

Great customer service

Great customer service. Very responsive. Kept me in the loop with my delivery despite challenging courier delays. Loved my purchase also... Was high quality. Arrived packaged very well.

Blaiz has one of the most interesting…

Blaiz has one of the most interesting stocks in all the London boutiques, I am constantly amazed at the stunning options and brands not to be found anywhere else. Shipping is quick and customer service is friendly and responsive, returns are painless and well communicated. Always a pleasure to shop with Blaiz!

Good selection of clip-on earrings

Had an email from Blaiz when the clip-on earrings I wanted were back in stock, so placed an order. I already had a red pair and went for the black version for a different look. It's good to see a decent selection of clip-on earrings. It would be even better, if there were equal numbers of pierced and clip-on styles, but maybe that will change in future.

One Blaiz I will never put out 🔥

I’ve ordered two dresses now, one Farm Rio and the other Maurizio Mykonos, and I’m in LOVE. Not only is Blaiz beautifully curated, but the service, packaging, speed of delivery, everything - just perfect.

Sloooooow return process and refunds

Very fast delivery and packaged well. Nice item but too short for me. What lets this company down is the slow returns. They received my returned item 11 days ago...so why does it take this long to process it back? I would't order again for this reason. The clothing is very expensive to be waiting weeks for hundreds of pounds back into your account. I feel its taking advantage and an unnecesarily long time to process any return. I'm still awaiting a refund 2 weeks after returning (but its 14 WORKING days). How can that be justified? Shame as otherwise great.

Hi Alison, we can confirm that the returned package was received back as per our returns confirmation and we ask our clients to allow up to 14 working for all returns to be processed as it involves checking the details and the items before issuing a refund. During periods of high order volumes the process may take closer to 14 working days but often the process is completed sooner. In your case we can see that your refund was issued earlier today which would be 10 working days from the date of the package being delivered back to us. Design fault? Two pairs both failed after first wear

I love the earrings and arrived in time for the event however when I took them off at the end of the first wear one of the tear drops fell off. This is the second pair I have bought, first ones were red, and both broke after first wear. Design fault? Waiting to hear back from Blaiz on what they are going to do. I repaired the first set myself as had bought them for my son’s wedding and didn’t have time to do anything else.

Update, replacement earring for pink set arrived while on holiday, will let you know if this one lasts!
