Swift delivery, seamless experience

Terrible customer service experience
Terrible customer service experience. Slow and with a ridiculous return policy and credit note policy which they only explain in their terms and services. AVOID!

Worst Customer Service - I felt like they didn't care about me as a customer
I bought a pair for boots for £196 - didn't like the fit & the heel was very slippery. I have 7 month old twins it just isn't worth the risk of falling. I returned the boots and missed the 14 day period by 1-2 days - that too using their return service. I know their policy says 14 days but with covid there could be some flexibility. They first offered to send me another size of the boots and when I said I don't want the shoes they sent me a gift card which was valid for ONE day. And that too right before the Black Friday sale. I asked if the period could be extended as I barely get time to do anything with the babies & if someone can call me, got no reply therefore I had to force myself to buy a bunch of things I didn't need or loved as I would have lost the £196. When I emailed them to ask why the period could not be extended for a couple of days so I could make use of the Black Friday sale 30% off I was told discount doesn't work with a gift card - which is not true because a 20% coupon worked with it before. No one bothered replying when I told them that's not true. Moreover I was blocked from giving a review using my own email address so I'm using a shared email account that I have used before to purchase things from Blaiz. Their items may be good but it is not worth the stress that follows with their customer service. Would not recommend the hassle to anyone.
Just in response to Blaiz's response below - I am still waiting to understand why I was told the discount doesn't work with the gift card? Had I not tried it myself I wouldn't have used it so no credit goes to your customer service for that. I was specifically told by Chloe the discount does not work. The least that can be done is acknowledge that it was a mistake - instead, it is being defended below. And no you did not extend the card for me to use the 20% - the 20% was ongoing from before. And I believe 30% off is better than 20% especially when you are buying stuff you don't need or love in a short time period. So if you did value me as your customer you could have extended the card by a couple of days so I could use 30%. And no I did not have 48 hours because I don't sit and wait for your emails all day. By the time I saw the email I had ONE DAY.
Instead of finding excuses below you should work on improving your customer service as clearly shown by some other the reviews that highlight customer service issues - I am not the only one. And thanks for not denying that my email has been ignored.

All items ordered were lovely, the only issue was that one of the candles I ordered as a gift had a Blaiz sticker over the opening of the box. I obviously wanted to see the candle before giving it to my daughter so had to remove the sticker which made a bit of a mess of the box, that was disappointing 😢
