Absolutely beautiful earrings and a great service. Items came packed in such a lovely way that they would be perfect for a gift.

I used the online chat before ordering and the information I was given allowed me to purchase with confidence. The dress came quickly, and was beautifully presented. The dress itself was top quality and exactly as the description, really gorgeous. Shame it didn’t fit me though, and I had to return it. That process was so smooth too so a really fantastic all round customer service experience. I would definitely buy from the site again.

Beautiful and unique clothing and accessories with impeccable service. Always receive my items I’ve ordered very quickly and beautifully packaged. It’s like receiving a present even though you know what you are getting. So many lovely things to choose from.

Returns actually took 10 WORKING DAYS to be cleared from when they received it back. This is not including the time it takes for the money to then return to my account. All in all it has taken 11+ days and I’m still waiting for the money …

Stunning swimsuit as described. Excellent customer care, quick delivery and beautifully packaged. Unfortunately the swimsuit was definitely for those with a flat/very small chest so I had to return but would absolutely use Blaiz again. Have since been updated about my return and just awaiting my refund. So far so good….

Ordered a dress which arrived quickly and was so worth the money, really beautiful.

It is a pleasure to order from Blaiz. The online shop is easy to navigate and I have been very pleased with items ordered. Previously, gold/ lilac bead earrings and more recently, Skazi blue /black maxi dress. At first, I ordered a size small but had to return it as just a little too tight and I exchanged it for the medium without any trouble at all. (I am a size 8 to 10 depending on dress style) This fitted perfectly. I am just about to place another order so highly recommend Blaiz.

I bought the stunning black beaded earrings after eyeing them up for over a year and they are perfect! Not only do they look fabulous - the way the clasp sits around the pierce is the best fitting ever! Kind of like a clip on for pierced ears. I’ll be getting more!

Was looking for a dress never used Blaiz before see a lovely dress and thought I will give this site a go.
Dress arrived promptly when opening the package I notice there was a red tag with a label attached ,I red label saying DO NOT REMOVE so I tried dress on being very careful not to pull the red tag .
I did not even zip the dress because I was worried I would pull the tag which took the experience away of trying the dress on .
I buy from many company’s and never had a dress arrive tagged ☹️
Anyway thought the dress would a bit tight I laid the dress back onto my bed folding back into the shape it arrived , then gently put back into the bag put return label and sent back .
A few days later I got a email saying I could not get a refund because I had removed tag , I was fuming 😡 as I had not removed tag from the dress ,I rang them straight away explaining how I had tried dress on and said hand on my heart that tag was on the dress when I gently put Back in bag .
The lady on the phone said she will talk to the manager and ring me back WELL WELL no call back what a surprise , I emailed and never got a reply for days and when I did I was sent a photo of the dress without a tag and the tag was placed beside the dress 🧐
I replied and said again the tag was attached when I sent back the dress.
I was not given any options on how to solve this issue just told that the dress was on its way back to me 😡
Dress arrived back and lucky the dress dose fit so to my fellow shoppers when buying from this company I recommend you take a photo when you send items back showing the item has attached red tag ,then at least you are covered .
I would never recommend this company or buy from them again there plenty of good company with better customer service.

Gym gear and make up bags arrived and are great! The package came when I wasn’t at home but was easy to get a re-delivery.

Recently bought a handbag that I had my eye on for a while and a pair of sunglasses. My goods arrived quickly and I’m more than happy with my purchases. Looking forward to look good in them now that it’s spring, the sun’s shining.

Where do I even start!! The range of styles Blaiz has is just amazing and the quality of the clothes is exceptional!! I had to return item as it came up to small however The customer service team went above and beyond for my return.
Would definitely buy from them again
