Basically a very good optician. Staff are all very nice and helpful.But I had a bad experience at the end.
I ordered glasses and was told by the staff that it would take 2 to 3 weeks to receive them.
Two weeks went by and I hadn't heard anything, so I stopped by the store to try it out and my glasses were ready.
The staff member who helped me at that time checked and found no evidence that anyone had contacted me even though the glasses were ready. I was really disappointed in this. She seemed a little impatient, saying, "Normally this wouldn't happen."
If I hadn't gone to the store today, how long would I have waited to receive my glasses? I felt very bad about what had happened because I wanted to get my glasses as soon as possible. She said, "I don't know why no one called...but here you are today and you got your glasses (so it doesn't matter so much). That's not what I meant. That's not what the staff at the store would say. Because this mistake is very annoying to the customer. I really hated what happened in this time.The store's response to any mistakes goes hand in hand with the store's reputation.
Incidentally, when I returned to my own country, I went to an ophthalmologist and was told that the lenses of the glasses made at this store were too strong for my eyes. I think it is partly because I could not communicate well enough in English, but I still thought I should bring the ophthalmologist's prescription with me when I get glasses made.
