Blinds were cut perfectly for the recess measurements I had given. The quality is great! the only downside were the instructions were a bit complex, they need to be worded and set out a bit better. If I hadn't had my father in law to help with the wide window set I wouldn't have managed to understand them. I ordered 2 sets but only got one plastic hook/cleat for the rope? So I had to buy another one of them. But once up and fastened in they were great!

I only received part of my order, I’m still waiting on all the fittings to arrive, the factory either sent an incomplete order, or the box was damaged via the courier as the box was wrapped in packing tape and showed signs of damage.

Fantastic company to deal with. First blind was damaged so they replaced it straight away with no hassle.

My order was out for delivery, but because I wasn't in, I missed it. After trying to contact them to rearrange my delivery, I heard nothing. No answering the phone, no reply to the email. I also tried to contact the courier, who didn't have a contact number either. So not only did I not get my delivery, I can't even contact them to find out what's happening OR get a refund.

One star would be Considered too good unable to contact this company have taken money and not received goods will never deal with these people again

purchased blinds for our kitchen and never received a confirmation email, even though the money had been taken from the bank. Tried calling several times with no answer. Have tried contacting them through email, WhatsApp and messenger and yet no response. AVOID BUYING FROM HERE!

Need to contact the bank to arrange a complaint and raise a case for a refund!

Went into the showroom to check out the blinds.... really great quality and lots of choice. Friendly staff and a fantastic price .....12 made to measure thermal blackout roller blinds for £230....amazing value. Ordered them last Wednesday lunchtime and less than 24hrs later they were ready! Now that is great service and was told if there were any issues they were happy to help. I have fitted some already and they are quick to do and look great!

I think if others had had problems its because they either haven't measured properly or not fitted them correctly. .... great company have already recommended them to others.

We placed an order with them and they took my money for blinds at advertised price online, only to have the order cancelled with no reason.
Waiting for reply to see why. Had a reply they advertised the wrong price dont whether this happened to other people but usually the price advertised is what it sells for
