AVOID AT ALL COSTS
We bought 4 blinds. They are absolute rubbish...the blind drops out of the fitting. Do not buy as wont work. They had a no quibble return / refund policy on Amazon..its a lie. When you try to do it they refuse and say we cant fit blinds so its our fault, despite having done 100s of blind fittings over the years. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Incredibly rude and unhelpful.

We ordered blinds which came in two…
We ordered blinds which came in two deliveries...... when the first one arrived the second didn't so I contacted the company. The very helpful woman I spoke to said she would despatch the order again. Later that day the missing order was delivered after all, followed the next morning by the re-order. When I called to tell them that I now had two extra blinds and would send them back, I was told I could keep them as an apology for the mix-up. Excellent customer service!!!
The products themselves were well made and good quality.... def recommend this company.

Blinds Missing
I received only 1 of the 4 blinds I ordered. I tried to contact blinds outlet by phone and then via facebook where they responded and told us the rest of order is still with courier, but when I contacted the courier they've confirmed they don't have any more items for delivery to our address. Posts I put up on their facebook have also been deleted by them but no more replies to our queries. We have no idea what is happening and just want what we paid for.
